The lady who helped me over the phone was very friendly and kindly listened while I tried to explain the leak in my shower. She knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me an ETA time for when the plumber would arrive. The plumber was very helpful and very informative. He explained to me what was happening and walked me through step by step what he was doing to fix the situation. It was a very pleasant experience and they have fair prices! I’ll be calling them again in the future!

Had our toilet replaced as it was off it’s wax seal and not working. Roto rooter plumbers were flawless. They were very kind, efficient and cleaned up the silicone around the toilet even though they said it might not be possible.

Great company, I called them to help my grandmother with her water heater and they provided her with excellent service. We had gotten other estimates and Universal was the best priced out of the other 2 companies we called. We will be calling Universal again in the future!

He came. Removed the trap in the bathroom sink. Removed the 3/8 bering that I told him I dropped in the sink. Reassembled the trap.
