Gr plumbing came to my house due to a main sewer stoppage upon arrival i was greeted by Gonzalo and Adrian , they ran there sewer camera up to the stoppage then they ran there sewer snake they were able to clear the stoppage but upon running the camera again they spotted a big root intrusion, they could have easily tried to sell me a whole repipe but they told me that the rest of my pipe was in good shape so they gave me a bid to replace that section I was pleased with the price , next day they were here on time two Vans and plenty of guys by noon they were done I am very pleased with GR plumbing on there professionalism, ethics, and efficiency. We noticed that our hot water heater was having some leaks in it and we were not sure what to do. We decided to call the plumbers at Pacific plumbing to see what their suggestion was . After speaking with the plumbers we were told a plumber could come to our home within just about one hour to give us an estimate on what needed to be done. We had a plumber by the name of Thomas come to our home assess the issue for free and give us a price to get a new water heater installed. Over all Thomas was very professional and we decided to use them for the service. New water heater is working great!

The lack of help I received was unreal. Every question I had in getting help was nothing but I need everything new and spend thousands of dollars instead of him even looking or trying. I called another company and the man was such of good help. I will never call this company again. The crazy thing is the money wasn’t the problem. It was the lack of help and information he was giving. Good service is so hard to come by these days. Smh

5 star service by Justin & his crew! Today Justin himself and Daniel one of his techs saved the day! This review is way past due as this is the 4th I'veused them and every time they have fixed and resolved the issue. Called on Thursday and scheduled for today. Elizabeth their manager is very professional and is on top of their customer service. Originally I called them to snake 2 drains and install a new garbage disposal but after they got there we decided to add a new kitchen faucet & air vent where the water spills out if for some reason it gets backed up. 5 stars hands down!
