This was the first time I’ve used these guys Micel Plumber Los Angeles - I found them by Yelp review so I had no way of knowing their work from a personal referral. I was having a hard time getting a plumber to change a bad stem in the bathtub- it's a small job, I know, but I couldn't do it myself. Byron and Byron came and I realized it was a good thing I called them- I knew my bathtub plumbing was old and hard to find parts for but they managed in a magical way to replace the stem, and it works. Plus these guys were very friendly- they met me at the door with a handshake and a smile. They were polite, and very, very informative. They also made suggestions on updating the tub hardware which I am going to do, and I plan to let them do the work.

I called Miguel at evening for a clog in our kitchen sink. He stopped by 2 hours later and fixed the problem quickly. He was knowledgable and professional, and I am happy with his work.

Marlon came to assist the other A1 Total Service team that was working on our yard drain. Tree roots rocks and sand had completely blocked the 4” pipe. They team worked together to find creative solutions to clearing the drain. Very impressed.
