Cali-Rooter is my go to for any and all of my plumbing needs. I have used them several times in the past, most recent when our main sewer line backed up and they rushed over within an hour of my call request and cleared the massive roots. They are always prompt and very reliable. In addition, receiving friendly service is very important to me. John is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my toilet not flushing properly, and I called Velvet Plumbing Repair for help. They were able to send someone out to my house quickly, and the plumber who arrived was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it, and he even gave me some advice on how to keep my toilet running smoothly. I was impressed with their service and would use them again.

Had major root intrusions in 80' sewer main and decided to try hydrojetting after snaking wasn't getting the job done. Called around to several services who were not clear about what their hydrojetting treatment included as I wanted to be assured that roots would be cleared out and that I'd be able to see the results from video camera. Mr. Speedy gave me straight answers, came out as scheduled and ran the camera and hydrojet together so I could see that each section of roots was cleared. Would highly recommend them.

My house water filter needs to be changed once a year. When I called to ask his next availability it just so happened he had time that same day to come assist in changing my water filter. I’m so happy with this business and would definitely use them again.

We were having issues with a clogged kitchen sink, having used Golden Plumber before we called and set an appointment for the following day. Jake was there first thing in the morning just as promised he ran everything down with us and had everything done quick and efficiently!

The lack of help I received was unreal. Every question I had in getting help was nothing but I need everything new and spend thousands of dollars instead of him even looking or trying. I called another company and the man was such of good help. I will never call this company again. The crazy thing is the money wasn’t the problem. It was the lack of help and information he was giving. Good service is so hard to come by these days. Smh
