John, you're a real hero! I hate dealing with plumbing issues and John was there to the rescue. My main was stuck and I figured I had to go bankrupt right after...but not with this company, he gave me a reasonable price and he got the job done quick. I don't normally write reviews but I feel the need to get the word out because after a few calls to other companies everyone was asking way too much...I recomend Cali Rooter & Plumbing without a doubt!!John...call me next month its time to switch out my water heater tank with a tankless.

If you need a plumber, definitely use these guys. Their work is incredible, neat, very conscientious and FAST.

We had the unfortunate need to replace a sewer pipe from the house to the street. I started calling to get bids on replacing it. These guys not only quoted us a few grand less, they were able to complete the work WITHOUT a messy yard trench, in ONE DAY versus the week I was told by the other companies. You can't even tell they were here.

I've since called them for a couple of small fixes. They fix it in the blink of an eye. They are so nice and cool and you don't hesitate to call them with emergencies or small jobs.

I have their card pinned to the fridge and have Gonzalo on my speed dial. I hope to never need a plumber again, but if there's a need for it, I will hire them and no one else.

We had a leak in our water heater on a weekend and they came out immediately to assess the issue and replaced it the next morning. They also came back to fix a faucet a separate time. They're wonderful to deal with and extremely professional.

Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful! Called A-1 on a Saturday night because we had a large gathering and needed service right away because our toilet got clogged and bathtub got backed up. Michael came out and helped out us with the issue. It didn’t take them long to fix the issue. I was very satisfied with the service they provided.
