Wow... amazing. I called this company LAST MINUTE because ORIGINALLY we scheduled a a DIFFERENT Plummer to visit today at 12PM with another company.... the time being 4:08PM, and they are still not here... they told us 30 min, 40 min, and then another 30 min 40 min...

ANYWAY I CALLED NAUTILUS PLUMMING and I told them the situation of our kitchen sink leak... and how the original Plummer has still not shown up... and they had a 5-6PM slot open.. but could see if they can come out earlier. I received a call 10 min after scheduling and was told they could come out in 15 minutes... and they showed up EXACTLY on time!!! I am SO HAPPY.... I want to almost cry.. lol... anyway I recommend this company 100 percent!!!

The guys were here everyday on time, worked hard, took care not to mess the yard up beyond the 80 foot trench and when they were done and the inspector came, Paul came out to fill the trench back in. Paul was very professional and conscientious about making everything just as it was before. Everyone was nice. Elyse and Aracely in the office were very nice and made sure all my problems were followed up on and addressed. I would definitely recommend Ford's Plumbing to anyone in search of good service. For what it's worth, I found them on Angie's List where I also found a roofer who I'm equally pleased with.

Then, sent a camera along the pipe to pin down the source of the problem, which I don't think the other guy would have done. Charged a fair price, polite, friendly, and conscientious.
