Just excellent. I had never called an emergency/24-hour plumber before and I reached Jake at 11pm on a Saturday who walked me through some best-practices to set up my plumbing issue for his team. Sergio and Henry came first thing in the morning the following Monday, arriving early, took 10 minutes to fix the problem having clearly stated the price for the work and any incremental rises should problems occur. An absolutely 100% experience and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

He was so knowledgeable and helpful, and he fixed the problem in no time flat. He was also very courteous and professional, and the prices were great. My old building required a substantial amount of work to pass inspection after a few not so great plumbers had created a mess..and it was just one mess over another mess.. Gregg knew exactly what needed to be done and did it all for a very fair price. I was also particularly impressed when a faulty earthquake valve had turned the gas off for all the units, William came back to the building after hours to ensure all the tenants would not be without hot water that night, instead of waiting until the morning, which I thought was pretty considerate. They also provided me with some tips on how to maintain the stove to prevent future issues. The service was professional, and the price was very fair.

Had a shower head break and a shower not able to turn off as a result around 11:30pm. I called JB plumbing because we couldn’t figure out how to turn off our water. He actually answered his phone (something several other companies that said they had 24hr services didn’t do) and was extremely professional and kind to help us get the water off over the phone. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

I had an area behind my bathroom vanity treated, because there once was a leak. I thought it best to hire a plumber to ensure there were no leaks before reattaching the vanity. I hired these guys, big mistake!

I counted on their service to diagnose plumbing issues and let me know what needed work needed to be done. I’m very disappointed. The technician used some rubber in the P-Trap to reattach it to the sink. Once the water turned back on I noticed it was draining slowly. The technician said it was due to the position of the P-trap but it had never drained slowly before. Within three days the sink was completely backed up and unusable.

The technician seemed unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend them at all, he made nearly $200 in under an hour and then told me the back up was my problem because all he did was reinstall the vanity. These people are crooks don’t use them and always verify the technician is licensed first.
