Clogged sink and broken garbage disposal :/

Jake provided estimates for recommendations in a very helpful manner - zero pressure to buy. Our HOA have been using John's Plumbing for our condominium for long time now. They always provide down to earth plumbing service you can rely on. Couple units who had their own plumbers switched to them because they provided better service, and quality of work was better too. They friendly and patient and most of all reliable. Over the years we had many chances to be convinced of their honesty too.

We have used Ford plumbing for years and have always happy with their work. Recently our very old water heater went out. We called and Santi came out. He was terrific! He assessed the situation and knew exactly what we needed. He determined he could replace the old one with the same manufacturer and size. He immediately made sure we were taken care of and the next day we had a new water heater.

The installation went perfectly. Dino and Johnny along with Santi were wonderful. I hardly knew they were there. They were respectable, friendly, professional and did a beautiful job. They even hauled away our old water heater. We now have hot water back and we will definitely be calling Ford Plumbing again if we need their services.

Had a bathroom I needed repiped, which was a semi-urgent project for me. Fraser plumbing repiped the whole bathroom for me that same day. Very fast work! I had used them before for a major bathroom and kitchen remodel, and again they were very fast, and have not had a problem with those pipes since. A bonus is they would call me to let me know they would be late, a courtesy that a lot of companies don't consider these days.

Real Plumbers were prompt, found the leak, and fixed it within an hour or two. When the water didn't come back on, they returned and it was because I didn't have the elbow grease to turn the sprinkler water valve fully on. Problem solved.

Randall did a professional job finding and repairing a pipe that suddenly started leaking inside a wall. He was able to minimize the damage necessary to repair the broken pipe. The leak was not easy to find, either. He was concerned with minimizing the damage and getting the repair done quickly. His bill was reasonable given the nature of the job, and his repair completely solved the problem. He also has a wicked sense of humor, but not so wicked that it will hurt your funny bone.
