Marcos just left and we couldn’t be happier with his service. He took his time to do a really thorough job. He was prompt, polite, and professional. He showed me pictures of the equipment and explained all the readings. And explained what should be done now versus what could wait. I really appreciated that he didn’t push a bunch of services on us. We need to have the vents cleaned and I requested him specifically to come back and will always request him on the future.

I had a clogged up sink in my bathroom. The sink was disgustingly dirty. Oliver came with a smile and 20 minutes later had fixed the clogging and cleaned the sink, leaving an impeccable bathroom. Oliver made my wife and I very happy.

Just wanted an estimate for repair.... instead all I got was a sell Pitch and never did get the estimate I was promised .. The service tech said he email it that evening..That was five days ago ... unacceptable went elsewhere ..

The staff at this place are very mentally unstable. I just witnessed one of their workers threaten people out in public. Shaking my head, this place is one incident away from getting the police involved. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
