To say that Jenny and Roy are the most slimy and evasive landlords I've ever had would be a gross understatement. I stayed in two dirty apartments of theirs in Venice, both of which had termites and rodents. They broke the law and the lease agreement they provided and signed. They try to steal a buck wherever they can. They are unorganized, unresponsive, unprofessional, and lazy.

If you need a plumber that comes in and just does the work then go for them. If you need a plumber to be more customer centric, explain to you whats going on and charges you a reasonable price, then please stay away.

We had the plumber come in to fix an emergency issue at our place.. and he was clearly unhappy to be called in to come in afterhours and made his displeasure clear to us. This is despite the fact that these guys charge twice as much for afterhours.... and the money goes from my pocket.

Weekend Rates = $260
Normal Rates = $130

Please stay away guys... there are a lot of other plumbers in this area that you could go to for cheaper.

My parents have used them for many years, and recommended them to us. We have used them many times over the years. They are absolutely the best! Totally reasonable prices too! Never had a problem they couldn't fix!

Work is v good eexperienced in unit-repair job but when one calls office to get details Jenny is reprimanding, scolds the cust for simply asking questions! Remember you the business exists bec we consumers use you; therefore, comnunication is impt

They are prompt, professional and excellent at what they do. I've used them several times and there is no better plumber. Fair and reasonable prices. You can really count on these folks when you need a plumber.

Have been using Roy Smith plumbers for over 20 years. As usual, the plumber was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak under my kitchen sink.

Had a sewer back up last night. They could not take care of the emergency call so I agreed to wait until the following morning for the service. The next morning came and they did not show up nor they respond to my inquiry about their ETA. Not someone you can relay on.
