Called one place, and they forwarded me to some plumber out of Thousand Oaks who said he couldn't do the job because it was too far (obviously). Called Moe Plumbing, and they sent someone the next day to take care of the install. Price was reasonable, and there was a first time service discount which was nice. They were done pretty quickly, and conscientious about the floor (wore boot covers). Would recommend.

Dimas' excellent work got the house heating system up and running very quickly! He was professional, friendly, and informative. The staff on the phone were also excellent, and they worked with Dimas to fit in my heater repair between rain storms. That was exceptional! My family and I are super happy with the service and would recommend to anyone. Also, the price seemed very reasonable.
I called this morning to request my A/C filter change. I was able to get a today appointment! Aaronn arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment time, & took care of my issue quickly & professionally. He even helped me by programming my thermostat to my satisfaction. A great job all around. They installed a rooftop package unit for us and did a great job! The unit has been running great for a few years now. We have had Chris come out for routine preventative maintenance and he is always friendly, on time, and does a great job!
Aaron did a great job In fact. he analyzed the problem immediately and made the needed adjustments. He also advised a design change for the filter. I will discuss this with the company. Aaron is also a very friendly person with a good attitude.

I had a gas wall heater that was super-overheating and turning itself off (within a couple of minutes of starting) so that it did not start the building on fire. I had a different furnace repair person come out and charged me for NOT fixing the problem because he could not figure out what was wrong. I called Moe and they sent Dimas Martinez out later that very afternoon. Dimas was on time, was courteous and a bit puzzled by the problem himself but figured it out and professionally repaired the heater at a reasonable cost. I was seriously impressed and will definitely use this company again.

I called one day, and MOE was there the next morning! The call center is decentralized … I think the operators work out of their homes. But the one I talked to was great, even though she made me read the model number back to her off the inside of the toilet tank. That’s how they know you’re not lying, in case you wondered. Anyway, Two Toilets, Two Serial Numbers, Two repairs. Mr. Guzman accomplished what he came to do. There is plenty to worry about in the world, so you may as well not worry about your toilet. Call MOE, they’re ready to GO!
Dimas was professional and courteous. He took time to explain what was done and what was covered and not covered under the terms of the contract clearly. MOE is for my go to company when I have AC/Heating issues.
I had a good experience with Saul. I highly recommend getting a second opinion/estimate from this company especially if another company gives you a bid that seems high.
Dimas was on time, kind, very courteous, tidy, professional and I’m running out of nice things to say. He represents your company really well, make sure you give him a good Christmas bonus!

I want to recognize and thank Bert Guzman for the terrific job he did in fixing the major leak in my upstairs master bathroom. He was on time, really listened to my description of what I knew and had observed about the issue, started his analysis of the problem, minimized the areas he needed to open for access to fix the issue, got to the root cause of the problem and fixed it. Dan is awesome and has been my go-to plumber since 2018! He is very professional. He explains specifically what he will repair, and how he will do it. He listens to the customer and will provide options if appropriate. Overall, Dan is very personable and will refer you to the correct service if he does not possess the skill set or expertise in what needs to be repaired.

Referred by a friend. They were on time, polite, and took the time to explain what was going on with my heat/ AC unit.
Tom was great. I needed a plumber to cut in a new tankless water heater descaler, descale the heater, and create a bypass. He also noticed that the pressure valve needed changing, and I was glad to have it done. It took a few days to get someone to come out, but the While world is short-staffed these days.

Service was 5 stars but the mandatory add on fee is confusing
Called Moe's Co. 3 weeks ago to request a quote on 2 mini split HVACs. They scheduled the appointment on a Friday of the following week. The tech showed up on Friday, measured everything and said he would e-mail me a quote on Monday. I did mention I have kids and the rooms get really cold and I need the units ASAP. Monday came and gone NO quote was even e-mailed. The Thursday of that same week, contacted Moe's Co, e-mailed them asking where the quote was, again there was NO response, today is the 2nd week since the tech showed up but still NO quote NO response. Called another company, they showed up the next day and provided me a quote right on the spot, no need to wait weeks for a quote.
These guys either have too much business and don't need another one or they simply don't care and their customer service is HORRIBLE. Either way I DO NOT RECOMMEND Moe's Services, there are many other ones who deserve your business but definitley NOT Moe Co.

Originally, I had a frustrating experience with Moe's Plumbing. They sent out the wrong type of person to repair the leak I had, and then when the issue wasn't resolved, they sent out a second person and charged me a 2nd time. When they heard how frustrated I was, however, they were very polite and have since improved the situation.
Friday 5/17/19 Steven checked out our leaky shower and told us he will have to order parts. Not having heard back from him after 7 days, called them today 5/24. Receptionist said he was not at work, and she said that her computer shows that we were supposed to order the parts!!??. Now, we have to wait till Tuesday 5/28 before she can let us know. That's 11 days of leakage. We were misled. Terrible company. Please don't use them or you will get the same runaround

Plumber was on time and helpful. Checked out the problem and fixed it. Also very informative. Very professional.
$1400.00 to install two faucets, and one cartridge in my only working (now leaking) shower. **Update: Moe came back to us to try and fix our issues. One they definitely fixed was that we were assigned a 2nd plumber to work on our installations, and we had specifically asked for only one -- thus increasing the labor cost. Moe agreed that this wasn't right, and they credited us back around $400 dollars. They also sent over two additional workmen to try and find a fix for the new problem, but were unable to do so. We have since replaced the shower with another company, so the problem has gone away. I should also mention that the work they did on the bathroom faucets was first rate. So I will move them up a star.
My recent encounter with this company was a terrible experience. I'm an Amazon delivery driver and had a couple deliveries on W. Acacia Ave. in Glendale. As I was making a delivery on the street provided an MOE employee was aggressively honking trying to get by to pull in his driveway. This man shouted at me every name in the curse book. He speeded to get by with his company's pick-up truck and as a result side swiped my mirror. He continue to violently shout at me as he got off his vehicle to approch me. This man was very close to attacking me while his children (about 8 and 10) laughed and his wife watched. I left the area afraid and unable to complete my deliveries on that street. He is a poor representation of a man and his company. Please becareful who you let in your home. This man can possibly be the one (he looks Asian).

We had plumber we picked off Yelp, quoted $285 to install a simple kitchen faucet. Moe Plumbing came, replaced, total charge $126, less than half. Came on time, clean, and smelled good!

Aaron replaced my thermostat. It was under warranty so it didn't cost me anything. He knows I like a simple thermostat without programming so he set it up that way for me. This was covered in my paid ahead maintenance fee so today I didn't have to pay! Aaron is always very knowledgeable about heating and air.
