This is the first time that, from the initial meeting to the project finish, everything I was promised happened. They finished on the specified day, no extra costs, the crew were very respectful of my house as evidenced by how clean they kept everything and there wasn’t anything left undone to be put on the list to finish/redo later.It’s like working with a family that is very passionate about what they do and and is very proud of how they do it. It’s a little scary at first, then you realize they are real and BAM it’s over.If only they would get into landscaping and flooring.

Service took place a few weeks ago but they left such a good impression that I had to come back around to leave a review. Called them to look at a few issues we’d been experiencing in the kitchen and bathroom. Fully expected to book about a week out but they came within the hour! Good sign #1. They found that they actually weren’t the right folks for the job and transparently told me so. Great sign # 2. Because we’d been having such great convo, they offered to fix what they could in the kitchen (it was a manufacturing issue) so that the trip wasn’t for naught and they DID! Excellent sign #3.
