Gonzalo and Dave came out the day after I called them and immediately found the problem that THREE other plumbers had missed. Not only that, they gave me a quote on the spot and it was about half of what another company said I would need to pay to fix the problem. They came out the day after to get started on the job and they immediately found not only the problem itself, but the cause of the problem. They saved me thousands and thousands of dollars and the whole team was so lovely and nice to work with. (Adrian said I had to say he was the one who did the entire job, and I agreed, so this is all Adrian's work). But seriously, the whole company was fantastic. I wish I could give them more stars!

Total rip-off. Charged $250 to unplug a toilet - which they could not fix. After they were unable to clear the line, they offered to remove the toilet and tryagain for another $750. I called another plumber who fixed the problem for $99. If you use them, make sure you get a firm price BEFORE they come out.

I’ve worked with Valencia’s Plumbing twice and really appreciate their service, they’re thoughtful and put a lot of care into the work. Will definitely call them again if the time comes!

We had no hot water. Santiago did a diagnostic and walked us through the options. In the end we opted to replace our 15 year old water heater and that work was done the following day - cleanly and with little disruption. Thanks

Chris came by to fix a drainage problem and to take a look at our hot water heater. The hot water heater we had was old and not in good working condition. He suggested that we get a new one he gave me an estimate I approved and Chris immediately went to work and replace our hot water heater. Everything was fine until another tenant called with a drainage problem in her kitchen this time it was an overnight job. I called Chris in the middle of the night and he was there on a Saturday around 9:30 am. Then another issue in a different unit occurred again while he was still fixing the clogged kitchen sink he went to work on that unit as well. Chris was extremely polite. Customer service is what Chris has professionalism is something he has as well.

I will use Rocket Plumbing all over again and highly recommend them.

I could not be more satisfied with the service I received from Miguel. I called yesterday morning and he was able to come today and replace my hose bib unit which was damaged. We had an overflow pipe leak in the upstairs bathroom that was dripping through the downstairs ceiling, and Alex and his team were so responsive, helpful, fast, clean, and kind. 10/10 would recommend!!

These guys were fantastic. They explained everything they were doing and were friendly and helpful. They were also early by two hours which was surprising as I'm used to waiting all day for handymen to show up. They did the job and it didn't cost us a tremendous amount of money.

Great company, I called them to help my grandmother with her water heater and they provided her with excellent service. We had gotten other estimates and Universal was the best priced out of the other 2 companies we called. We will be calling Universal again in the future!

I had a great experience with Craig's Plumbing! We had a leak in our building that was dripping water onto cars in our garage. Alex identified the problem which was a broken pipe in our refrigerator. He was able to stop the water from leaking and fixed our refrigerator within an hour.

We had an exceptional experience with Team Plumbing when they came out replace a leaking faucet in our kitchen two days ago. Very professional and clean service. Totally Recommend these guys!

Richards Rooter and Plumbing has great reviews but my experience was disappointing. First, it was $250 to even come to our apartment building (which would then be applied towards the repair.) Then it was $750 (so an additional $500) to cut open the wall and find the leak, even though I correctly identified where the hot water pipe was leaking based on feeling a warm spot on the wall.

Richard suggested a temporary clamp for another $500 (though he said it’d be free if it didn’t work) and coming back to fix it the next day (it was 2:30pm). I asked if it could just be fixed today and had to leave for an appointment and he set about cutting open more of the wall to see the extent of the corrosion. By the time I came back at 4:30pm, he’d put on the temporary clamp which didn’t fully stop the leak (still requesting $500 for it) and said he could fix it at 9am for $2000 with the clamp $500 going towards it (so $1500 more).

I felt like the charges were really high, especially since water was still leaking into the units below. The way Richard seemed more focused on getting paid than actually fixing the leak made me feel like he was taking advantage of the situation and didn’t seem to care about water dripping into people’s homes.

Later that evening, another resident called their own plumber unbeknownst to me and had him fix the leak that night (for $600). I texted Richard as soon as I learned of this so as not to waste his time and he got a little salty, texting things like “And we have a contract if that means anything to you” even though he only wrote an estimate for the repair.

All in all, Richard was available, communicative, and showed up when called, but he was ineffective, expensive, and then snarky when he didn’t get his way. He couldn’t fix two pinhole leaks (even temporarily) for $1250. He would have charged an additional $1500 to do a job that someone else did for $600. I only hope my experience informs others.
