We hired Red Lilly to install a new gas line in connection with moving our gas meter. Ed immediately understood what was needed (something that challenged other plumbers we called), gave us a competitive bid, and showed up with his team to complete the initial phase of the work professionally and efficiently. The project then ran into a series of delays and complications caused by the gas company. Red Lilly was there every step of the way, including after business hours and on weekends, figuring out what needed to be done and getting the project finished. We can't recommend them highly enough.

I called New Generation plumbing get an estimate and replace a main shut off valve along with a hose bib. They responded very quickly with a competitive estimate and showed up the next day on time. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again

Not only did they arrive on time that day but they provided a camera inspection at no cost! They identified the issue quickly and we began the project. Utilizing trenchless sewer replacement process they replaced 50 ft of pipe at my house for a great price. Would definitely recommend.

We had Nautilus come out and do some much needed work -- they gave us a great estimate for a complex sewer problem and helped install our washer and dryer on a separate occasion. I contacted this plumber about a simple valve replacement that I needed urgently. He agreed to come the next morning. But on that morning, he got pulled away to an emergency service call and said he would come later that afternoon. He never came that afternoon, but he apologized & promised he would come the following morning. When the time came, he never showed up, and he did not respond to my texts or phone calls. Basically he ghosted me. Overpromised and underdelivered. I’m very disappointed.

TRM hooked us up with a water cooler awhile back, and the thermostat had to be replaced twice (ug!). Todd came over on the newest thermostat replacement, and did it for free, even though technically we were on the hook for labor as only the part was covered! Go with TRM!

I live in downtown Los Angeles in an old house circa 1928. I was very lucky the first 2 years after the purchase until last week when I heard a drip, drip, drip, on my living room ceiling. I searched upstairs but nothing seemed to be wrong. I couldn’t find the source of the drip. So I called a plumber in my area. They were very polite on the phone and made me feel like they knew how to handle the problem. The next day Near and Best Plummer came bright and early. The guy was neat and clean unlike other companies I used in the past. He tracked down the leak in my master bathroom under my sink and in a few minutes the problem was solved.
While Joseph was there, I also asked him if he could snake out the drain in the master bathroom because even though it worked it drained very slowly. In no time it flowed like new. This was a super plumbing company and I’m glad I found them.

He came. Removed the trap in the bathroom sink. Removed the 3/8 bering that I told him I dropped in the sink. Reassembled the trap.

Total time less than 1/2 hour.
