These guys are miracle workers. I called them because one of my tenant's water heater wasn't working and they were able to come right away and fixed the problem. They even noticed that another water heater was leaking and let me know that it was going to need to be replaced soon.
Around 11pm on Thanksgiving Day, my tenant said that the leaking water heater started leaking out a lot of water. I gave these guys a call and they showed up in the middle of the night to diagnosed the problem. They replaced it first thing the next morning.

I recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs. Their price is fair and they make sure everything is working like it should.

I had a great experience with JW heating and air conditioning when I replaced both units in my 1952 year old home. Their employees go above and beyond by making sure the process goes smoothly and efficiently. They do not try to sell you something you don’t need. Initially I had asked to have the technology to cool and heat separate sections of the house so as to run heating or cooling for only the rooms we used most often. But as it turned out I didn’t need the extra expense this would have cost me because my home is under 1500 square feet and one story. It is cooled and heated comfortably without that extra feature.They also helped me with the permit process which can be problematic. There are Ficus trees in the utility easement so annually we have Sunset West come out to roto the line. It's about 35 steps down to the hill and further down to the base of the retaining wall. They have always communicated well, got the worked completed in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. I highly recommend them.
