DO NOT have this company do any remodeling work, specifically bath tub replacements.

I don't know what's more impressive, their speed, their customer service or professional skills. We had a main sewer line blockage that caused a major mess in our downstairs bathroom (I'll spare the graphic details of our mess). I called them at 630 AM, they had a technician in our house in under 30 minutes. I can't pizza delivered that quick. They diagnosed the issue promptly, made a big hole in our front yard, fixed the problem, cleaned the mess and replaced the lawn neatly by the end of the day. It wasn't cheap but we had a big repair and these guys are worth it. Couldn't be happier.

Simon was in the neighborhood when I called about my sink. He was here in 20 minutes and got a stuck sink stopper out of the P -trap! He was here about 10 minutes! Thanks Simon!

John was punctual, professional and quickly identified that the water pressure coming into my home was extremely high. He replaced the necessary pipes and gauges and adjusted the water pressure to the correct levels. He also replaced the gas pipe to my stove so that it fit flush again the wall. Leonard Lobo is simply exceptional. He thoughtfully assessed each project I needed and put together a proposal, with the scope of work fully explained and itemized in sections. His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful! Real Plumbers were prompt, found the leak, and fixed it within an hour or two. When the water didn't come back on, they returned and it was because I didn't have the elbow grease to turn the sprinkler water valve fully on. Problem solved.
