I can’t thank Valencia’s Plumbing enough for all the work they did on my property. They were super fast and reliable. I had sewer issues, they ran the snake and turned out I had tree roots in the pipes. After running the camera and diagnosing they recommended all I needed for me to not have further issues. They had to dig over 5feet and repaired the pipe and added a clean out and also a liner to protect my pipes since they were already damaging. Their prices were very reasonable. Carlos and Jose were the best people to depend on and they worked super quick. Being a landlord and having tenants is not easy, it is our responsibility to have proper bathroom usage. The best part is that they were able to do it without having to get permits for this to run quick. Thank you Valencia’s plumbing.

His pricing is incredibly fair. I had old, mostly steel pipes and there were complexities in putting copper in, which he handled with ease. I wanted a tankless water heater; he put in a state of the art unit. However, it was the installation of a tricky vanity sink which took a few hours, where I saw the absolute meticulousness of his work. I mean, it was perfect. I also had a clogged intake valve on my Miele washer and he reset the machine- which, I swear, a 1000 other plumbers would have shrugged and walked away from. He was always on time, is incredibly personable, has a great sense of humor and, most of all, truly cared about a first time homeowner overwhelmed with a full-on renovation. I’m so grateful!
