Jake and Fernando had a very difficult job because they had to tell me the work that I had done 5 years ago was so bad that the plumbers that did it should have their licenses revoked. Other than the fact that my rose bush will probably not recover, they did a good job. Only time will tell whether or not they will live up to their life time guaranty but I decided to trust them. I believe they are good guys and deserve your business but DO expect to be surprised at their prices. I'm hoping they were being truthful and fair. If my water bill goes down and I never have to call a plumber again for this section of pipe, I got what I paid for.

Cali-Rooter is my go to for any and all of my plumbing needs. I have used them several times in the past, most recent when our main sewer line backed up and they rushed over within an hour of my call request and cleared the massive roots. They are always prompt and very reliable. In addition, receiving friendly service is very important to me. John is very pleasant and knowledgeable. We thank GR Pluming Gonsalo and his professional team to save our restaurant’s nightmare plumbing problems. We used to have very frequent clogging issues to a point we could not clear the pipe any more. We called GR Pluming for emergency help. Gonsalo contacted me in a few minutes after I contacted their office to schedule an appointment to come over to check. He showed up as he was scheduled. We thought our pipes were just filled up with heavy grease and oil, however we learned we had more serious plumbing issues (main and other sewer lines needs to be replaced) then we thought from Gonsalo’s inspections. Although Gonsalo knew it was challenging to fix it, he worked with us and found the best solutions for us. At the same time, his team are well-trained and very professional. They have professional plumbing equipments, including but not limited to different size of sewer line cameras and high power Hydro Jetting.

We had Nautilus come out and do some much needed work -- they gave us a great estimate for a complex sewer problem and helped install our washer and dryer on a separate occasion. They give free estimates and Sergio specifically is a great, honest guy, and knowledgable and good at his job. Would recommend to anyone! Five Stars!

It was a nightmare toilet overflow you know the rest. It was Superbowl Sunday and they made it in an hour and a half from another call in the valley to West Hollywood. Everything went well and was working great when they left. Thank you.

My bathroom tub and toilet were clogged and was causing water to leak through the floor and on to the next level. This all happened on a Sunday and they were able to send someone out asap. Narciso came and was fantastic! He was very friendly and professional. He fixed the clog quickly and was very neat. Narciso even wanted an update after I patched up the ceiling that was previously leaking! I will definitively will be using him again!

Leonard does just about everything. He's a good plumber, but he knows how to fix a lot of other stuff. I have a property management business, and I use him all the time.

I totally concur with the other reviews for L.A. Drain Inspections and Repairs. We had a bad plumbing emergency - kitchen sink that wouldn't drain and kept overflowing whenever upstairs neighbors sharing the same waste line ran water into their sink - and Alex came out on New Years Day (!) and fixed this baffling problem in extremely professional fashion. And he charged less than half of what I was expecting. Highest recommendation.

“We do NOT service condos.” Single family residences, only. Word for word from a technician. It should be clearly indicated in their company description and scope of services. The company operates in the City of LA.

Speedy Plumbing showed up within hours of me requesting their services. The plumber completed the job quickly, the pricing was affordable and he did not leave a mess behind. He explained the job upfront and was transparent about the pricing before beginning the project. And even gave me useful plumbing maintenance tips before leaving. I will definitely call them again.

Beware--their street address is only a mailbox store. I will be coming to protest outside their phony street address on Westwood Blvd later this week. Chriscame out to relight my water heater for my tenants. (The tenants found this plumber) I'm not surprised they have locations in Chicago. Wink, wink. They are quite organized So Chris relit the pilot & 2 days later it went out. When I finally got the receipt from the tenants, I saw that Chris had written that my water heater was 15 yrs old. Total.lie. it was installed new in 2010. So when I spoke to Chris, he screamed at me that my water heater was 15 yrs old & he would only come out to put in a new $1400 unit. He was extremely rude and condescending. He even referred to me as, Dear, in a demeaning tone. He also hung up on me. The owner ( person posing as the owner- I believe he is just the front man to deal with customer complaints) offered to have another plumber, Jose, take a look. I waited a week for Jose to come. Of course he backed up Chris's story that my water heater needed replacing. He pretended to try to.light the pilot. Bad acting job. I found an honest plumber that was going to replace my water heater, but when he saw my unit, he told me I did NOT need a new water heater. He serviced my unit & gave me a warranty. It's good there are some honest people around, but don't bet on finding any honest people at Rocket Plumbing. They are out to get the most $ they can out of you. Warning they have locations all over Southern California. Avoid Avoid Avoid
