Excellent work by Will & his helper Sigy, They came out and fixed an emergency clog. They were there within the hour. They knew exactly what they were doing and even cleaned up the bathroom after they were done fixing the clog. They are my to go to guys from now on. thank you

we had 4 different plumbers come out to quote us for a slab leak and concrete patch. after reviewing all of them, we chose to go with hire me plumbing and so glad we did. they werent the cheapest (the lowest quote was from a guy that ghosted us after we asked for his state license #), but they were by far the most knowledgeable. unlike the other guys that came out, they didnt try to upsell us on anything. the actual service itself was quick, the bill was exactly as quoted, and the concrete patch work they did was perfect. plumbers have a bad rap, but these guys are awesome and i would recommend them for anyone looking for a plumber in the long beach area.

I had a real plumbing emergency. I called Royal Plumber Signal Hill and they were able to send someone right away. The plumber was able to handle the problem with no issues on my end. They were reasonably priced, completed the service in a timely manner, and cleaned up afterwards!

Contacted this company to fix my toilet and they were great. There was no wait time, they showed up quickly, and were very professional. I highly recommend them!

for the first time in years literally and tons of research FINALLY found a service which goes beyond that of a Handyman !!! I went onto next door app was given info of individuals not a single one followed through ! Franklin and staff are beyonD AMAZING! My fiancé and I are not good at all with DYI , repairs , lights etc Franklin and his people were able to handle every job on time, cost effective, it was great to finally have someone you can trust and know your projects will be completed on time , professionally!!!

RIP OFF FROM THE GET GO. Extremely lazy know it all just charging 250 for what was already done. The know it all never found the leak. I notified the office and they promised to call back to send the owner out for Saturday as Monday would not work as I travel. No call back, it's Saturday a week since the leak and no Bonar Service. Demeaned the previous plumber who was obviously more competent than him. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

I read the only other review with some surprise. My home warranty company assigned a work order to Aul Plumbing on December 27th. We were first contacted on January 2nd, a full week later. I believe the business was closed for the holidays? Nevertheless, I was promised the work would be scheduled the following day. No phone call, inbox goes to voicemail that is full. Unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

Update, Daniel did indeed contact me, was friendly and understanding, and we're trying to get this issue resolved. Fingers crossed!
