Michael came on time to clean our drain line. He was professional and knowledgeable. He knew what our issues were. He used the snake with the camera to see clearly and cleaned out the clogged drains. We can now do laundry again without water flooding into our laundry room. Thanks Michael!

The gas shut-off valve for my outside built-in barbecue was deep inside the crawl space under my home and very hard to get to. Mike was able to go under there and modify the gas line and add a valve that is now right behind the removable screen door at the entrance to the crawl space. He was able to get the parts he needed and then do a very neat and professional job in only a few hours. He showed me how easy it is to turn the gas on and off and stayed until I lit up the barbecue!! I highly recommend Mike and his company Titan Plumbing and Rooter. This is the 2nd job he’s done for us (he fixed the gas line on my daughter’s fireplace in her townhouse) and both times he did a most excellent job and the costs for both were very reasonable. Titan Plumbing and Rooter performed kitchen sink drain, sump pump cleaning and main drain line cleaning at my parent's house on 5/25/2022. Michael was very prompt at the appointment we set, easy to converse with, able to diagnose and communicate the drain issues and provide the services to fix the drain issues...basically major clogging in the drain lines and sump pump installation due to grease building up over a few years. Michael did a very professional job: cleaned grease buildup in the sump pump unit, made a few passes with a portable waterjet unit to clean out the drain lines and verified with video inspection after the waterjet clean out. Based on my experience with Michael, I highly recommend Titan Plumbing and Rooter and will definitely used their services in the future.

It is past midnight, and to your ill fortune, the toilet has become impossibly clogged beyond belief. Fortunately, you have some drainage cleaner/clog remover liquid on hand, so you leave the solution overnight in the hopes that the problem resolves itself, right? Morning breaks, and as luck would have it, the problem persists. So you go out to buy a new clog dissolver liquid in the hopes that maybe this time the problem will disappear, but hours later, you have yet to succeed. Closing time for just about every plumbing business in the area draws near, and as you fail to find a single service that can make their way to you (in both a timely manner and at an affordable price), Titan Plumbing answers the call. Even though they ought to be closing for the day, and the weekend is swiftly approaching, they came to the rescue in just a short 15 minutes, and in even less time than that resolved the issue as if it were child's play. Absolutely excellent and speedy service, they identified the problem and expertly resolved it in no time. Not to mention the friendliest service possible when everything felt like it couldn't be going worse. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a trustworthy and reliable plumber.

My water heater leaked after 18 years of usage, and my first installation was a failure. Thank God I found Mike via his previous customer 's recommendation. I called Mike and he came next morning, and installed a PowerVent Low Nox water heater for us. Within 3 hours we finally had hot water running. I highly recommend Mike who is excellent, experienced, attentive and professional.
