Great customer service!

We've been without hot water for almost 2 weeks because our 1.5 year old Rheem water heater from Home Depot stopped working (next time will buy from a plumbing supply store as there better quality). Rheem sent 1 of 2 parts (pilot assembly) that we might need as the gas valve control was backordered, ended up that was what we needed. After a few days of searching online and calling locally, this morning I called Hajoca Plumbing Supplies and though they were closed for the Black Friday holiday, Carlo answered the phone and said they had the part we needed and graciously waited for me to drive in to pick it up. The price was about $50 less than everywhere it was backordered including Home Depot and Rheem (the only one I could find in stock was $150 more from DK Hardware with + $90 1 day shipping from Florida). Carlo was friendly and insightful and we'll be going back when it's time for a bathroom remodel! Also I was able to install the gas valve control and we now have hot water, thanks Carlo!

Shout out to Ricky who took the time to teach me how to fix my bidet that I have been trying to figure out for the past 2 months. Ricky was so kind to teach me step by step how to install my plumbing. He also never sold me any product and allowed me to take pictures so I can do it by myself at home. I was laughed at Home Depot, but Ricky was the exact opposite, he was such a kind and patient man. Honestly, would come back just to say hi to him. 100/10 customer service, Ricky went above and beyond and taught me everything I needed without being condescending to me, a young woman who has zero clue what to do lol. 100% genuine man!!!! Thank you Ricky!!!
