Sonar Bonar is fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. They were able to come on the same day, and when the problem turned out to be something simple that was not what we expected, they did not charge. They have integrity.

What a fantastic business and great people to work with that actually care about the outcome. Had a very troublesome leak, in Gary's words one for the record books in my water line. They found the leak dug up the ground to be sure that was the location in the pipe and then fixed it and then stayed to make sure that was it as the sun set. Thank you Sonar Bonar, I would recommend this business to anyone.

The folks at Sonar Bonar stand behind their work; and this is precious. They came to our house three times to detect a very very tricky slab leak. The leak detection was off by a few feet resulting in a second slab drilling. This is not an exact science but they still stood behind their work and told me to apply their charge towards the plumbing bill. They sent me back my voided check. I hope I never need their services again, but I would certainly call them first if I ever do!

When you run a plumbing its very important to team up with a great leak detection company. I wouldn’t hire anyone else to do the job. They are always on time, affordable and of course the leak is right where they mark it and I always get positive feed back from my customers about them. Thanks so much for your hard work!

Honestly, the team at Sonar Bonar completely improved our quality of life. Ever since purchasing our home we have noticed an increase critter problem. To the point of considering some expensive gutting or just moving in general. The team came out and performed a smoke test in our house - which was one of the cooler things I have seen in quite some time. They were able to find the leak and entry point and we were able to correct the issue. I KNOW we would not have been able to find this issue without them. Our clients used them for our real estate transaction to do a video scope of the pipes of the home they were purchasing. They never completed the job apparently and submitted a FALSE report that the plumbing was good when indeed there issues. Our homeowner is now suffering due to this fraudulent behavior.

Between 3 bathrooms and a large floor plan, the slab leak was marked and it was spot on!

RIP OFF FROM THE GET GO. Extremely lazy know it all just charging 250 for what was already done. The know it all never found the leak. I notified the office and they promised to call back to send the owner out for Saturday as Monday would not work as I travel. No call back, it's Saturday a week since the leak and no Bonar Service. Demeaned the previous plumber who was obviously more competent than him. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

Sonar Bonar was recommended by our plumber to help us pinpoint the location of a mysterious leak hidden behind our walls. We had the company come out twice (for different leak issues) and both times my husband met with the them. He said they were great to work with and did not give up until the job was done. As a bonus, the worker who came out to locate our first leak was so attentive that they noticed an issue with our electrical panel which they told my husband about right away. This allowed us to fix the issue before it became a bigger, more expensive problem for us. If you have a mystery leak, Sonar Bonar will find it. Highly recommend!

This company puts clients before profit and it shows! Chris and Mike worked super hard to ensure they found our leak as another company looked for a bs excuse to get paid. I have worked with and used Gary with Sonar Bonar multiple times. He always do an excellent job on pin pointing precisely where the leak is located. When ever we have a customer with a slab leak we always recommend them, Gary is the best in the business!

I highly recommend. I called yesterday and Norm was at my door first thing this morning.
Very professional, friendly, efficient and has a sense of humor. Sometimes when things are getting you down it is nice to encounter a sense of humor as well as expertise in work. Norm had all tools necessary for finding the tricky leak in my old house. (Built in 50s) He also was very conscientious in wearing a mask, social distancing and wearing foot covers. As I have dogs, it was also great that he is dog friendly. Job well done and hopefully I will not need leak detection services again but if I do, Sonar Bonar will be my first and only call.

i used another company for a slab leak in my house that the guy was at my home 40 minutes saying that leak was in the hall bathroom in the ground in the bedroom floor the plumber digs hole in the floor to find no pipe leak and a hole in my sons bedroom floor so i say to plumber i need call the guy back plumber says to me call Gary Bonar with Sonar Bonar that came with high tech equipment not just a air compressor to blow air through the pipes Gary,s crew was in my home 2 hours to map out the pipes with tape on the floor then listening device to detect the leak in the ground which was the exact spot where the leak was problem solved Gary Sonar Bonar is the best

Worst experience of a vendor: Poor scheduling, no follow up, acting like I was bothering them when I called (weekly), and just no accountability.
