Responded quickly on holiday weekend and got the leak fixed

First time using v max and they were punctual, polite and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a timely manner, even though it was late.

Very honest and helpful even showed me how to fix the problem if it should happen again. Very honest service man. Would definitely use again, and the best part of all is that he is training his DAUGHTER to do the business. Being a teacher that made me smile!

I have used Ernesto a two different homes and I have always been happy with his work. Professional and courteous and knowledgeable. Very responsive to calls. I used him for big jobs like pipes and Drains, water heaters, tankless and other things and other minor jobs and always felt taken care of. Will continue to use him and refer him for future.

They came out the very same afternoon and cleared our mainline. They were clean and efficient and will likely be plumbers from here on out.

It was Wednesday night, we had our toilets, tub and shower drain clogged. I searched for an emergency plumbing services and V-Max plumbing was the first to respond and dispatched Johnny. He came to our house an hour later from another call, he seems professional and knowledgeable with his work. He started the work right away trying to clear the clogged until about 2:00 am, but regular snake couldn't take the clog out. He said he needs to come back with longer plumbing snake and camera. He came back the next morning (although late as he promised) found some roots, unfortunately the clogged seems stubborn and location so deep that he had to add drain clean-out outside the house for easy jetting and future access. They clear the clogged (with assistant digging soil for new clean-out) and put our toilets, tub and shower up and running by Friday. The entire project was completed by Monday. I could have give 5 stars review if the project finished earlier as promised. Other than the timing Johnny did a great job! Thank you for your help! - Aussie

VMAX has done work for me in the past and has a;ways do an outstanding work. There installers were on time and did an outstanding job.Wii cintinue to use Vmax in the future.

Great and quick service. Great attention to detail. Vmax did a whole house re-pipe, new piping for an addition, tankless water heater installation, under sink reverse osmosis water purification system and whole house water softer installation for us. The city inspector was impressed with their work and told us he rarely is able to apppove plumbing work the first time, but truly couldn’t find anything wrong with Vmax’s work.

Technically I didn’t use V-Max Plumbing but after the assistance they provided me, I will definitely use and recommend them in the future! I was experiencing dryer issues and Ernesto patiently walked me through some trouble shooting steps (including texting him pictures) to determine if it was a plumbing or electrical issue. After figuring out it wasn’t a plumbing issue, he was kind enough to provide a recommendation to boot. All of this free of charge! The professionalism and kindness Ernesto exhibited speaks volumes about V-Max as a company. Thank you again Ernesto!

This is not my first time using VMAX. In fact, it's because of being so pleased with their work that I felt compelled to write this review. Earnesto and team are so responsive and they do excellent work. I have even had them install a garbage disposal and washer hookup for my mom. Go with VMAX, you can thank me later. 🤗

The V Max team was awesome. I had an impossible situation that they navigated with ease. They were able to line my drain lines rather than dig up and destroy 10s of thousands of dollars worth of tropical landscaping. And just watching the sleeving process was incredible. Their office emailed/called several times to update time of arrival and price estimate. The plumber arrived on time with the tools and parts needed. He cleared the drain/main line and replaced the kitchen sink trap. I would highly recommend V-Max Plumbing.

Water heater pilot wasn't working. VMax replaced the thermocouple assembly. Things seem to be working well. Few months later it wasn't working again. When Ernesto came out again he didn't want to remove the previous thermocouple or even look into what he had replaced. He said he didn't trust Kenmore brand. Then why did he work on it on the first visit? He said all kinds of things could go wrong and that he recommended changing the whole water heater. I ended up having Sears Service look at it and they fixed it easily without problem. The Sears service man said that whoever installed the previous thermocouple had removed the safety valve. Very disappointed with VMax Plumbing.

I called Vmax Plumbing to find and fix a leak in ceiling of my roommates room. In no time at all, the problem (a leaky sink) was found and fixed. Service was fast, efficient and FRIENDLY! Ernesto walked me through every bit of the process - which kept me super calm. This emergency, which could've taken a day or two to address with any other plumbing company, was taken care within such short period of time. I'm super grateful and can go to work tomorrow focused on the task at hand!

Ernesto the owner goes above and beyond to satisfy his clients! If they are running late he keeps the client posted via calls and texts! He also has the latest and greatest in technology He has very knowledgeable employees who are efficient and explain thoroughly what they will do! Good experience. House built in the 50’s with old pipes and over the years accumulated sludge and other nasty items. A clean out valve was not available and the only way to fix it was to dig up the pipes and build one in which Ernesto and his crew did in under 4 hours, in the rain, without any additional charges. Ernesto is bringing the gentleman game into plumbing. I highly recommend them.
