My first contact with Caton's was speaking to Amber Holt(?). She was so pleasant to speak to. I told her the plumbing problem I had with my Garbage Disposal. I asked her if someone could respond on a Sunday; she said yes and sent Efrain. Efrain was polite and efficient. He was prepared to do the job after giving an estimate. We felt grateful to find TNT. Dan was responsive and prompt. He pinpointed the problem quickly and resolved it. His prices were reasonable. His staff member was courteous and conscientious about cleaning up after the work was done. While he was able to comment on a few issues that we may want to pay attention to in the future, he didn’t upsell services. While we both were happy to have TNT complete the work, we hope we don’t see them anytime soon! If we have any issues in the future, TNT will be the first point of contact. Thanks!

James and the rest of the Zoom Drain team were excellent. They not only replaced my sewer line quickly, the cleanup was done very well also. Whey they fixed my water main valve they also found that somebody had replaced my copper pipes with a car radiator hose. This was not part of the job but when the technician saw this He said this was very dangerous and couldn't leave it that way. So He and His colleague fixed it . I am so grateful that I chose Zoom. I will definitely tell my Friends a d coworkers about them. Thanks Again for the Great work!
