Benjamin Franklin Plumbing responded quickly to our situation. Even on the holiday they were the only company to offer a fix that day. Specifically our plumber was David. He was prompt, professional, and happy to indulge my questions throughout the process. We hope to not need David's expertise again but if needed he will be our first call.

Quality of work good, pretty responsive although scheduling and communication is erratic - depends if they have repairs to do, employees are really professional and have good customer service. It’s nice to use local but I will be shopping around next time.

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

The owner/installer took my phone call, scheduled an appointment, discussed product&pricing prior to coming to my home. He arrive exactly on time that was scheduled, he was professional, he introduced himself, explained all he had to do prior to beginning the job. He was neat, clean. He answered all questions I had. He had much knowledge in the plumbing profession, I felt confident in his work. He displayed and ensured me he will make sure the job is done correctly and stated for me to contact him if after the job was completed there is a 3 year warranty on my recently purchased product, which is a major plus for me. He then gave me his business card if I should have any problems. I feel he took the time to do everything necessary to make the services he rendered very satisfactory. I must say that these people cannot be beat. This company was by far one of the best prices and service in the area. Believe me, I called 6 different companies and no one came close. They were also very courteous, professional, friendly, its everything you want in a business. The repair we needed done was our water line that comes from the city and They were very efficient. They kept everything clean and precise and that was no easy task considering the space that they had. They even came back the next day and topped everything off with hay and grass seed, something that many company’s don’t do or just charge extra. All and all, this is the best plumbing company around. Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.
