I’ve had radiators removed, water softener installed, and plumbing help for various household issues. I HIRED THEM TO REPLACE MY KITCHEN FAUCET FROM KRAUS, THAT HAD ALL THE PARTS PRE-INSTALLED. THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND CHARGED ME $518 DOLLARS TO REPLACE THE FAUCET!!! I AM DISABLED AND WHEN I REALIZED HOW MUCH THEY HAD CHARGED ME I WAS SHOCKED!!!

Mike was fantastic. He was friendly, skillful, and explained what the isses were. I appreciated his professionalism.

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

So far great. My first time calling them out to my house to clear my main line was fast and painless. The team seemingly made it a point to be as professional as possible. Cool guys, they were honest with me in what I needed to get done and I didn't feel like I was being swindled. I will say when you call them to be patient and leave a message if need be they will call you back, as it is seemingly a small family business.

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.

Nick, the owner, is very professional and a man of his word. All of the employees I dealt with were highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Micheal and son were here 5 minutes ahead of schedule, tech was professional and personable. He diagnosed my system, discovered I needed a new thermostat. I thought it was a little pricey, but he had one in the truck ( basic model-the simpler the better for me) didn't try to sell me a fancy one. The tech answered all my questions, and even looked up vent blowers for my upstairs vents. He had it diagnosed and installed the thermostat in about 40 minutes. Have used Micheal and son before, and was happy.

James was amazing. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. We had two plumbers from other companies look at this issue and neither of them fixed it. James did it in an hour. Horizon's communication was also top notched.Update: clearly the issue was not fixed as it’s leaking again just two months later.
