The tech Bruce Jordon was prompt,professional and very friendly.He explained everything in detail,reviewed options and asked if there were any other issues that I would like to have assessed.He completed the job in a timely manner and much to my surprise,cleaned up better than it was before he started.The cost was a little high but the quality is indisputable.You get what you pay for.I will always use Catons and request Bruce,when I do.

Van came to our house to replace a leaking garbage disposal, and repair a long burst pipe leading to an outdoor faucet in our garage. BW Plumbing was great! I had another company come out right before they did and I was told it was my hot water tank had burst and that was the reason why my first floor flooded. Sawma came out from BW plumbing and told me it wasn't my hot water tank that burst but it was a leak from inside the wall. Sure enough after cutting into the wall he found the leak! Laid out the plan to me how they would fix the issue. 30 years in the business was shown to us by the work that was done. after completion the work area was clean in the home and outside. Same when they came into the house to clear the drain. When they put in the new sewer pipe they put in two links so if they needed to come back they could clear the line to the city or from the house all included in the price which was fair.
