Great Experience! The plumber, Sadan Reyes arrived in approximately 1 hour of calling and diagnosed issue quickly. He performed services with ease and confidence and cleaned up after. Not only did he leave us with free flowing drains , he left house smelling fresh and clean. I am so happy we called Len the Plumber. Praises to Sadan for helping to turn our day around . Thanks So Much!!!!

We recently received our newest water bill which was a little higher than usual. I decided I wanted to compare it to the meter to make sure it was right and see if there was a discrepancy. I called (Baltimore City) and after they gave me a hard time about trying to understand my meter I decided to call Caton’s. They came out and confirmed that there is indeed a meter in my house (the city told me there wasn’t a meter IN my home as I was standing there staring at it) , but confirmed it’s not in commission and that’s why the numbers/reading don’t match what is on my bill. Frank, the technician who was sent to our home, then proceeded through the motions of figuring out if we had an underground leak, etc. He was extremely kind and very helpful, gave great advice but ensured that we didn’t have a larger issue at hand. I’ll definitely be keeping Caton’s # on hand as our go to for future issues (although I hope we have none). Also shout out to Maddy(sp?) for keeping me updated on the arrival, she was very kind and easy to communicate with. The original woman who answered my first call (I forget her name) was also extremely knowledge and knew exactly what I was asking and needed.

We had requested a scope to be done on a home. We are in the process of purchasing. My realtor explained that it was urgent or appointment start it off in the morning and then push to the afternoon and then continue to get pushed until later no one was able to give us our technicians number when we called The office they kept saying they were unable to get a hold of the technician that they can only send a text message. We are several times for the technician to call us because we had a timeline went to get the report back they were unresponsive up until almost 8 o’clock at night. We still did not hear if the technician even made it to the house not only did this company. Think we are going to sit around and wait all day for them but they failed to communicate at all. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

I would recommend this company to my family and friends. The quality of the work was impeccable. I also like that he practice social distance and wore a mask and gloves. He explained everything to me in detail. The products that he used were great.. He was one time . Also the pricing was very reasonable. Great job B-More Plumbing and Draining I will be using this company for all my future plumbing needs😊

I called and they came to my home within 30 minutes. Christopher was knowledgeable of the problem and explained every step to me. He double checked to make sure the problem was fixed before he left. I would use them again. Metcalf Plumbing is my new favorite plumber. Will use them again in the future.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Big thumbs up for Wes Butler of LJ Butler Plumbing! He was able to squeeze my job in within 24 hours of my call, took the time to explain carefully what was needed and what the cost would be, and the repair seems solid. I would definitely call him again for future plumbing needs.

I have a house in Baltimore city and I was in need for plumbing advice. I found Empire plumbing and Heating llc and I called them and scheduled an appointment .
The technician came out on time and I paid the fee for plumbing consultation upon arrival. I’m so glad I made this move because all the other plumbing companies were trying to sell me stuff that I didn’t need. Honest , respectful, knowledgeable and helpful that’s all I wanted to say. Thank you Empire plumbing and Heating.

I would not recommend this company because they did not show up for my appointment when I had a major plumbing issue. I was assigned to Stilwell plumbing by my warranty company. They claim they could only give me an appointment for Wednesday July 1st from 8-12pm as a window of time of arrival. My warranty company call them, then they assigned me a 4-8pm time slot on Tuesday June 30th. No one from Stilwell Plumbing showed up to address my major plumbing issue. Nor did anyone call to inform me that they had to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I call their emergency line and left a message around 8:30pm and it is almost 2 hours later, and I still haven’t receive a call back. I would think as a business they would have been more professional and to their customers.

Geo Plumbing service were professional, gave me a specific time frame so that I did not have to wait around all day. They resolved the issue without incident. They are courteous, friendly, and respectful. They have great work ethics and they are honest. I did not get the run around from them.
