Best Water Heaters in Baltimore MD

The tech I had was Michael. He was professional and explained a water softener system to me as I am not familiar with one. He repaired the system with no issue. I did not give 5 stars because they cancelled on me yesterday evening. At least they came back today.

The technician was great and knowledgeable. Very professional all around. The dispatch communicated with me to give me updates on arrival times since it was running behind schedule. My only issue is the prices. I found them to be very expensive for what was completed.

You can’t imagine what it’s like to wake up and have sewage covering your entire basement. We called a restoration cO and recommended Van Plumbing what a great decision he was incredible at everything we needed to have fixed This gentleman was good at every plumbing need and we needed everything he put in our new hot water tank all updated pipes our house is 50 years old we needed everything updated because it was sewage we had to replace subpump hot water tank he made a new design so it no longer sat on the floor we could clean under the tank. His pipe work was beautiful he had to put all and I do mean all new pipes. He was here when he said he would be here he was the quickest worker he never stopped. There are not enough words to say he took outdated subpump brought it up to 2023 with back ups pump a beeper that now goes off if the pump stops working. We are so up to date and protected with backup everything. He is a good man a hard worker he never stopped. It’s like God sent us an Angel do not hesitate to use theGentlemen he’s incredible.

Great experience. David help clear out a clog that involved removing and replacing a toilet. Very professional, explained everything very clearly and clean up the job site when he was done.

I had to have a main shut off valve in my unit replaced due to leaking. I received an estimate from BW Plumbing & Drain. They arrived 11/18/21 on time and completed the job. I am quite pleased with the workmanship and was performed in a timely manner. I would recommend them as they were professional and polite in completing the job.

I called LJ Butler early Saturday morning to come take a look at my dishwasher that wasn't draining. The company was extremely responsive (esp. on a Saturday) and came out to my house within 30 mins. The technician diagnosed the issue, did a quick repair, and drained the dishwasher. I am very pleased with the service. Would call again for any plumbing needs. Tech also educated me on the issue in case it happens again. Fair price for Saturday service and for how responsive they were.
