Joe and his son were LIFE SAVERS! My husband and I returned from our holiday vacation to a bust pipe. We arrived home on Wednesday to find the pipe and Joe and his son were here the next morning. Len the Plumber has been my go to for 11 years for any plumbing service I need. Needed a new gas tankless water heater. Secured permit and scheduled right away. Installed, cleaned area, and took time to walkMe through the new unit and how to maintain. Inspection was scheduled by Len the Plumber which was helpful. Enjoying my new water heater!!

I am more than just impressed, I am grateful for Baltimore Water Heater guys! I live in Fed Hill, had an emergency, and called two big companies. Both times I got a secretary with no knowledge of plumbing or costs. One company even charged to just look at it (and not until the next day). Then I called BWHGs. Rob gave me a flat fee on the phone, without seeing it. He asked me to take some pictures, then came right over. It was a bigger job than he had anticipated due to the previous plumber's shoddy job, but Rob still stuck to his initial flat fee. Folks, Use BWHGs. You will talk to a real guy who knows his stuff; he will take all guesswork out by giving you a flat fee; and to top it off he's a nice guy who wants to help and is truly grateful for the work. I would recommend BWHGs to anyone who needs a water heater replaced; they are so good at it because it's all they do!

Sent them a message on Sunday night and they were here at 8:30 Monday morning, fixed my issue within an hour and were professional and friendly. Would reccomend!

James is wonderful and very professional! He did a great job removing our outdated cast iron pipes and updated them to modern pvc ones. I would recommend James to anyone needing plumbing work done! I know he’ll be my go to plumber for anything from now on.
