Ty replaced our old toilet with a modern one and replaced our shower head as well. Have used him a number of times. Happy with his service.

Attempted to DIY a leak in my very old shower. Unfortunately the DIY led to a discovery that the old parts were bad/corroded and even with new parts by the same brand, the old parts had caused serious problems. Called Catons and with 30 minutes a technician was at my house diagnosing the problem and coming up with a solution that would ensure I never had a problem again. He did it fast and for cheaper than quoted all on a Sunday night. Truly a great service!

Van and his helper did an excellent job replacing my old and leaky pipes in my basement with new copper pipes. He also fixed my shower which was leaking. I was very satisfied with his service and will be calling him for all of my future plumbing needs.

David did an amazing job for us today! Our main sewer line was terribly backed up and he was able to get everything cleared up for us... He was very respectful, knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner. My wife and I are thankful for his hard work today and will be calling him again for any future plumbing needs. This company installed a water heater for a neighbor of mine and did a stroller job but after they had a problem with the heater they came out and looked at it and never came back to repair it, told her if it needed parts it would be around 400 dollars 25 days later they never came back or answered her phone calls. I looked at it and fixed it and the parts was covered under manufacturers warranty, I would absolutely not call this company for anything

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
