After having a new toilet installed by a company who obviously spends quite a bit on their marketing and advertising, I realized that their tech had not secured the toilet tightly (which can lead to major problems down the line). Had a water main break in my basement, below shutoff value, on a Sunday night. Water spewing into my house. I called Metcalf Plumbing after hours line and spoke with the owner, Leslie. He personally came to my house within 20 minutes. Local fire department was on hand but they couldn't shutoff the water valve at the street. Leslie had the right tools on hand and shut off the water. He came back early the next morning and promptly fixed the broken pipe fitting, turned the water back on and I'm good to go. Amazing service!

Nick was excellent. Even though it was a minor repair, he was efficient and very fair. I will continue to use Nick's Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

We had an unexpected leak coming from above, when no water was running in upstairs bathroom the night prior to a scheduled home inspection. Abbott Brothers worked with me to get a plumber to my house 1st thing thing in the morning.

The plumbers were courteous, respectful of my property and quickly assessed the issue.

They were able to retrieve a part to replace the defective one causing the issue at a fraction of the cost had the whole system needed replacing.

They fixed the issue, tested for leaks all before the lunch hour.

SLS SERVICES IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE. My mother who is on a fixed income paid SLS Services for a new furnace and a chimney liner. For months, she was unable to get Justin Turner nor his assistant Fritz on the phone. She left messages and texts. NO REPLY. I decided to gently reach out to Justin and Fritz and again more of the run around. I was told several times by Fritz that he would get out to us the past weeks and DID NOT. BE WARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
