Catons Plumbing is awesome! They're open 24/7 and when I called later in the evening because of a shower that was backing up, they said they could have someone there in just an hour or two. The service technician Dave W. showed up right on time and was able to quickly determine and address the problem. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself and spent a few minutes discussing with me what I could do to prevent issues like this in the future.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

I met Spiro after coming out of a real bad situation which was caused by my earlier contractor who had just half completed his plumbing work of my property and did not take care of my gas heating job professionally.Later I came to know that the earlier contractor was not even a licensed guy.So I fired my old contractor and got Empire Plumbing and Heating ,the day Spiro entered my property he accessed the whole situation gave confidence saying that he can take care of the entire situation however it is and got all the needed genuine inspections after replacing the gas pipes and even replacing the half damaged plumbing work which the old contractor has performed.At every point he gave me a picture based status update and ontime presence on the day when he says the job needs to be done.The days of inspection the level of confidence on his work was so high and perfect that all the inspections and the work was perfect.I give all five stars 🌟 to Spiro.Since he is man of his words and he sees to put stuff at top quality.I will be referring him to others for all the great work he does at different places.

The number might be wrong. When calling I was told this was a stripclub that specialices in plus size women strippers they are call plumbers is what I was told. Can someone tell me if this is true very interested in attending the stripclub

Turned on Fireplace pilot light. Cleaned fireplace logs and area and front window of the fireplace. Replaced batteries for the remote control on the fireplace. Very professional and will definitely will call them again.

Scheduled an appointment for 9am (9-11 window). Got up early with my elderly grandmother. I called to ask what was up when no call no text by 11:15. Dispatcher said the tech would be on their way soon. I called back a half hour later and dispatcher says the tech is running late, won't be there til 1pm. They should have called me to say they were late, not the customer having to go on an Easter egg hunt. We cancelled. 4 hrs of our morning wasted waiting. Not to be confused for the other Abbott plumbing.

That being said, Modern Plumbing Systems is that rare, excellent and honest contractor! We had an emergency plumbing problem at my home today. I found Modern Plumbing Systems based on recommendations on Nextdoor online. The company had stellar reviews there, so I called them. I spoke with Brian who was responsive and extremely knowledgeable! He was able to solve our problem and get our plumbing back in working order on the same day I called (today)! Their pricing is very affordable and fair! I appreciate Brian and this company's integrity as a contractor more than anything. Again, I recommend them to anyone and would hire them again myself in a heartbeat!
