I wanted to share my 5+ STAR experience with Ace Plumbing. I am new to the area, so reached out to a local building company to obtain a recommendation for a plumber. Ace Plumbing was highly recommended so I reached out to Joe to inquire about exchanging my kitchen sink and faucet. He was very responsive and professional. Kevin came out to confirm the estimate and finalize measurements, and we proceeded with the work as scheduled. Kevin was very respectful of social distancing and masking during the pandemic. The work far exceeded my expectations - Kevin was courteous, prompt, attentive to detail and efficient. I was given an estimate and was kept informed during the process. Kevin did a meticulous job cleaning up after the install. I will definitely use Ace Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Joe and Kevin!

Victor was kind but misleading. He arrived at 12:30pm and quoted me $1,183 to replace an ice box connection behind the refrigerator. I was shocked with the price. Thinking more costly repairs require more time my next question/comment was to ask how long would the repair take? I explained that I had to leave at 1:40pm to take my son to baseball. Victor replied that he would need to get the piece and return to install. He said the job would take 4 hours. I said okay and he went and returned with the part at 1:38pm. I left to take my son and returned at 2:20pm and Victor was sitting in his van. I spoke to him and he said the job was already done! My first thought was a $30 part that took 35 minutes to replace should not cost $1,183!

Just wanted to thank you for all the help. I am delighted with the video and its helped me in my business as well. I will be calling again when we need more project done on our new water heater. Thanks

Used Catons Plumbing for the first time...definitely wont be my last. Great communication for a late evening same day job. Dave one of their technicians shows up. He was very professional, to the point, and really made us feel secure with our gas issue. I will 100% use them again!!!!

James was proficient and knowledgeable. Able to identify problems and communicate clearly what was required. He has a pleasant manner & was very respectful to me and mindful of my property. He cleaned up any mess after job was completed. Prices were more than competitive and reasonable. Everything's working properly so far. I would use James for another plumbing job, if needed. Mr. Sailo came to your home and quickly assessed the problem provided a solution and completed the repair cleanly and effectively. Our Jacuzzi has been leaking for year and the leak was progressively worsening. We'd called other plumbers who were unable to successfully stop the leaking. Mr. Sailo did! I recommend him highly.

I heard about this company through a friend. I was pleased when I received an immediate response along with a next day appointment for my gas test. I was unfamiliar with what a gas test was as this is something that should have been performed on my home prior to purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and professional and wanted to make me aware of the process. He scheduled all of my inspections and pulled the necessary permits in a timely fashion. He also coordinated the inspection times with my schedule and tried to limit the amount of days I would need to take off from work. This was very important to me! He did a great job and the prices were better than I was quoted with other companies! I will definitely be using them in the future.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nick. He was paid to fix a plumbing issue, but not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he also caused additional damage in the process. I was left with broken fixtures, no resolution to the original issue, and the worst part is I prepaid for the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber and would advise others to be cautious when considering his services.

DO NOT USE! They replaced the wax ring on one of my toilets. Upon replacing the toilet, the bolts in the tank began to leak all over my hardwood floors. I called the next day to tell them my floors were now damaged because of the leak. They did not take responsibility for the damage saying We didn't replace the bolts on the toilet. Well if you remove a toilet from the floor and put it back don't you think there is a possibility that it will jar the tank enough to start a leak. It really could have been a simple matter but their refusal to take responsibility for their mistake is mind-boggling.
