We have called TLBack several times for various reasons. He has always been prompt and thorough; sometimes coming the very same day that we called. The owner, Ty, is very knowledgeable, courteous and personable and his prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

We noticed our water bill started to be very expensive ($7000),We called the city water dept,it took them 6 months to come out and investigate.they said we have a major water main break and it is on our side of the property not the city side.We called Ace Plumbling,talked to Joe,he told us how soon he can out,Joe and his crew fix water main in 2 days,they was excellent and so professional even during hot weather and thunderstorms.forget about 5 stars,Joe and his sons deserve 10 stars,Ace plumbling will be our permanent Plumbers forever!!

I unexpectedly found lots water on the floor in the laundry room. I called Len the Plumber late Monday night and they sent a tech the very next day. John Frazier was my technician. He arrived within the specified window. He listened to my issues and after only a few short minutes of looking at the system, he was able to tell me what was wrong. John Frazier gave me options on how to repair the AC so that I could make an informed decision. He was very polite, respectful and personable. He showed me where my outside unit was because I wasn't sure and talked me thru everything he was doing. John made sure that he didn't miss anything and that I was educated on my system. He set me up with a Comfort Care specialist prior to leaving and made sure I was satisfied and understood the work he did. If I needed other AC services I would request John Frazier.Because of John Frazier I would definitely recommend Len the Plumber to others.Thank John Frazier for your knowledge and professionalism. Very satisfied with this service call.

Brantley arrived in and was personable. Installed water shut off valves beneath my kitchen sink. Removed an old garbage disposal. Re-routed the pipes, installed a new faucet. Did quality task and answered question I had, as I like to learn and soak up as much info as possible. will be requesting Brantley for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks Brantley!

Wow is all I have to say after James Anderson replaced my old, dilapidated pipes with modern pipes! James is a Master Plumber and is very meticulous, thorough in his work but what i like most is Mr Anderson communicates with his clients/customer every step of the way!! He is very knowledgeable and an expert with his craft!! James will be my Go-To-Plumber from now on whenever I need help. I'm so glad that our paths have crossed.

So professional! So fast! Called him today at 1, got me in at 4 (who does that?!?!?!) Came, assessed the damage, told me its my main line not just the tub drain.. :( gave me a quote, so reasonable!! But I rent so i definitely had the call the landlord. Unfortunately didn't use his service because they wanted to use their own people (totally understand) then he didn't even charge me! I run my own businesses and can definitely say, 10/10 recommend. Lived up to the reviews!! They definitely speak volumes!! He cares and is very passionate about his work.

What a breath of fresh air. When I called him to tell him my garbage disposal was not working he spent considerable time telling me how to do a reset of the disposal and asking me other questions to try to save me the expense of a service call. He ended up needing to come out. His worker was on time, competent, friendly and did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
