Nothing like sewage back up into a bathtub. Wasn’t fun, but made much less painful by the service: Daniel was there in about an hour, talked me through every step, and cleaned up beautifully. Thumbs up.

Nick was recommended to us by our electrician. Nick is very responsive and can always squeeze us in. We first used him to hook up our new dishwasher and ice maker. The installation guys wouldn't because of my pipes were considered 'old'. Regardless, Nick came over in the evening and had both hooked up quickly. He even moved my old dishwasher out to the garage.

Recently, we used Nick to clear our clogged kitchen sink drain. He came out the same day and was done in under an hour. He is great to work with and I will definitely recommend him.

My sewer line was clogged, again. I contacted Catons Plumbing and they arranged for a plumber to come to my house within 4 hours. Bruce Jordon arrived on time and was very professional. He not only wanted this occurrence fixed, but to make sure to provide me with information to get this fixed long term. He got the drain cleared and ran the camera through the pipes and talked me through what needed to happen. He answered my unending questions very patiently and professionally. Because he was so thorough in discovering the root of the problem, I feel like I have the steps to make the bigger fix. I commend Bruce for his politeness and professionalism; and keeping the best interest of the customer at heart.

This company is a nightmare. Hired them to do a job in June and months later it was still not fixed and they caused more damage. I was in tears multiple times trying to get them to finish the job correctly but they were in no rush. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money asking them for help with anything.

My warranty company assigned Ray’s plumbing after two others and they were extremely knowledgeable. Very respectable, reliable and overall a great experience for having my first plumbing issue of a new home. My family and I just moved into a new home and the previous owner shut the water off. We didn't notice this until the night before and we had a cleaning company coming by the next morning and needed the water on so they could work.I called Roto-Rooter and they were professional with me all the way from the phone call to the actual plumber who showed up to my home. They were honest with me up front by letting me know how long it would take for a plumber to come out to our home and they'd call me throughout the waiting period to give me an update.When the plumber arrived, he was also very professional. His name was Vura and all in one night he got my water turned one, fixed my low pressure water sink in the master bathroom, and fixed the leak to my water heater. He was speedy with these fixes as he was at my home all of 20 minutes and fixed all my major issues.

Had the joy of waking up to 1 of water in my basement from a blown water heater. Did a bunch of research and decided to call 3 companies with the highest reviews. Wes came in at 600$ less than the competition, they showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would, and that's rare these days. Justin was totally knowledgeable, and at no point did anyone in that company act like they were doing me a favor by taking my money. Work looks exceptional as well. Granted, it's a small sample size, but I would certainly recommend.
