Best Shower Repair in Baltimore MD

I got in touch with Ty from TL Back through Yelp. I was looking to have a couple of faucets (one indoor, one outdoor hose spigot) replaced. Using Yelp, I sent requests for quotes to about 10 plumbers. Ty was one of 3 that not only responded, but responded promptly. After some back and forth questions about the job, the estimate, and expectations, I chose to go with Ty, and I'm glad I did.

First, he was able to come on the day I chose (which was 2 days after contacting him), and his communication was excellent. He was polite, but also friendly, and when there were options for handling a scenario (such as re-piping a bit under the sink to add an extra cutoff valve for the hose spigot), he spoke to me first about what I wanted, instead of making the decision based on what would put the most money in his pocket.

I found Ty to be honest, and he also did quality work. His total came in just below the low end of the original estimate he provided. I would certainly trust him to go more work, and he'll be my first contact next time I have a plumbing issue.

A great experience working with Saadya and Neil. They were very respectful of my families pandemic protocols and readily agreed to take the extra precautions we requested of them.

They took care in explaining what was wrong and how they were going about fixing the problem and gave some tips to avoid it in the future. They left a clean work space and were careful about making sure the mess was contained during their time in our home.

Woke up to a leaky water heater and they were able to send someone the same day. Josh was excellent -- diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it well, and replaced the necessary parts within hours. Highly recommend!

Yakov was excellent. Professional, efficient, and helpful. He repaired the leaky pipe and replaced the spigot. We requested for estimates for other repairs, some of which were tricky to figure out, and he made sure we got an accurate estimate for future task despite the weirdness.

I’ve used Catons Plumbing and Drain for many plumbing issues over the years. I bought a house that was flipped and naturally it has come with serious issues. Bruce Jordon was my plumber this time for a plumbing leak and a new water heater. The plumbing leak came as no shock because the pipes were put on wrong and covered up. The leak could have been happening for years and finally it caused enough damage on my wall for me to notice . Bruce did an amazing job fixing the flippers mistakes, making sure everything was up to code, and more importantly making sure I understand what the issue was. He also did an amazing job cutting the drywall. I’ve had plumbers in the past that just knock a big hole to get to the leak and he cut a perfect rectangle. The water heater he came back to replace and that too was no easy task. He had to unhook my HVAC piping and squeeze through a tiny entrance to get to the 30+ yr old water heater. I’m very impressed with his work.

I would recommend Catons. They tend to be on the higher end of price, but you are getting good quality and great customer service.

James was right on it when I need a deep clog cleared outs He put in a new pipe for better access if there were to be another clog. He explained things clearly and took care of it in a timely manner. I used him a second time to fix a simple sink leak he was in and out same day.

I would recommend this company to my family and friends. The quality of the work was impeccable. I also like that he practice social distance and wore a mask and gloves. Justin and his team are the best. Since moving in, I've been having sewer issues causing both of our toilets to clog. Justin's team was able to come out in a timely fashion. They inspected all of my plumbing and cleared clogs that I didn't even know existed (Like my bathroom sink!).

They did quality work. They were responsive and easy to deal with. They took extra time to answer all my questions. Based on my experience, I would recommend this company.
