professional employees, always impressive. I can tell the company is well managed by experiencing how the employees take care of business (to include phone interaction with office). Between new HVAC installation, twice annual maintenance, and gas fireplace cleaning, salesperson, installers, and upkeep personnel were 100% on-time and tidy (placing huge blanket down to protect my flooring, but even did the same in garage job area), consistently wearing clean booties over their workboots, vacuuming debris with vacuums that have strong, clean filters, all the while being polite, cordial, and professional. Great job communicating what they're going to be doing and how looked after their inspections. Excellent work results all around, I couldn't be any happier. A+ to Tyrone and Kingston for going the extra mile in their work results, thorough.

Had a wonderful experience with Sanga from Catons! He is very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. After discovering a leak from my water heater, I called Catons. They were able to send someone to look at it in one hour. Sanga quickly assessed the situation, calculated the additional parts required (due to the age of the old heater), and explain the process of getting it replaced. Sanga came back the next day with Ro, a new trainee who was also delightful, and completed the job! I have no complaints. I'll be calling Catons for any future plumbing needs.

They actually just came out for an evaluation of a burnt thermostat and heating element in the water heater. They responded quickly and were very professional... clearly explained options and prices.

Update... they installed a new water heater and seem to have done a great job.

2nd update... several months later, they fixed the AC central air unit. Thanks a bunch.

Mr. Sawma responded promptly to my request for help with a leak from my toilet. He replaced the the toilet ring, bolts and other necessary adjustments to stabilize the toilet in about an hour. All was accomplished in a friendly and a professional manner. The $180.00 charge appears very reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

This company is simply one word : AWFUL. Scott showed up, went to the basement, looked at the sump pump pit for approximately 15 seconds then said this is not covered by the home warranty. I explained I talked to the warranty company (HSA), as well as, his office when I scheduled the appointment and they said it was covered. Scott told me I could pay him $635 and he could replace it in less than 10 minutes, but he wasn't doing the repair through HSA. He refused to wait while I called HSA ( I even showed him the contract showing the sump pump was covered) for authorization because he told me had paying jobs waiting. I called HSA after he left and they said they would cover the repair the tech just had to call in with the diagnosis, so I immediately called Stilwell and they said I was Scott's last job for the day and he was off and they had no way to contact him. Basically cost me a day off work, a service call fee and my sump pump is not working. HSA is sending a new company out tomorrow. STAY AWAY FROM STILWELL PLUMBING! They are rude, liars that have no interest in working with you or your home warranty company or explaining why they can't (won't) do the job. It was obvious they just wanted their $90 service call fee for the 4 minutes they spent here and tried to hussle me for another $635.00.
