Wow is all I have to say after James Anderson replaced my old, dilapidated pipes with modern pipes! James is a Master Plumber and is very meticulous, thorough in his work but what i like most is Mr Anderson communicates with his clients/customer every step of the way!! He is very knowledgeable and an expert with his craft!! James will be my Go-To-Plumber from now on whenever I need help. I'm so glad that our paths have crossed.

As an unfortunate Christmas Eve special, when DMV area received over 2 inches of rain, the sump pump quit working and flooded the basement. Luckily we have an unfinished basement and we have only the HVAC and water heater in there. We had over 16 inches in the basement!
Luckily we got a recommendation for Van and we called him on Christmas morning. He promised to be here by 10 AM the next day. And sure enough he arrived by 9:30 AM with his wife.

He quickly assessed the situation and for to work right away - took out the old sump pump, installed a temporary pump to drain all the water (enough to fill a swimming pool), and then install a new sump pump.

There was a second drain in the basement that was clogged too. Van was able to use an electric snake and unclog this drain :)

It took quite a bit of work but Van finished it in good time and installed the new sump pump cleanly.

We are really happy with the work done by Van and highly recommend him for any future work.

We've used this company twice and they were extremely responsive, punctual, and do great work at a reasonable price! 10/10 reccomend!

If I could give this company and David, the plumber that came out to install my water heater, 10 stars I would. These days it’s hard to find good/great customer service, and from start to finish this was a wonderful experience, given I had to replace my water heater, on a Saturday. The gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant, sympathized with my emergency. They arrived at my home in a matter of a few hours, and finished the job in an efficient way. David explained everything, did not leave a mess behind. Thank you very much for making a stressful situation more than tolerable.!

They had to snake a clog from two toilets. They cleared the clog and left my two bathrooms spotless. I would definitely recommend BW plumbing, and I will definitely use them again if needed. I was very pleased and everything is working well.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider yourself lucky if this Guy is a no show. Unfortunately for me, he showed up. And the work was NOT done correctly. I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.

My insurance warranty hired them to repair an electrical problem. Not sure why. Do not trust the words of this company. Bad customer service. All lies, they don't call when they said they would. In fact they will not call you at all. They don't submit paperwork when they said they did. Be ready to spent hours calling and making sure the work is completed. I am still waiting for my work to be completed.
