We had a leak coming from our water heater and I called and George answered right away and scheduled with me to come out the same day. He inspected the water heater went out to get the new parts and came back and fixed even more than what was requested to make sure everything was going to work properly and not have the issue in the future. He didn’t try to sell us on replacing the whole system or try to get us to get extra parts or services not needed. He was honest and gave us a fair price! We will for sure be calling and requesting his service for any future plumbing needs.

Ira Miller cheerfully accepted the after hours call an hour's drive from his base. My kitchen-sink faucet had leaked so badly, including under the sink and ruining the floor of the cabinet, that I had had to shut off the water lines supplying the sink and dishwasher. Had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink, which is not fun. Polite but conversational, Ira worked steadily explaining the source of the problem and options of repair or replacement--always leaving the choice to me. I chose replacement as the original kitchen redo company had installed the worst faucet I had ever used in any of my numerous prior residences. He worked the whole task in less than an hour, and the new faucet compared to the old is a pleasure to operate--life's little joys!

Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.

SLS SERVICES IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE. My mother who is on a fixed income paid SLS Services for a new furnace and a chimney liner. For months, she was unable to get Justin Turner nor his assistant Fritz on the phone. She left messages and texts. NO REPLY. I decided to gently reach out to Justin and Fritz and again more of the run around. I was told several times by Fritz that he would get out to us the past weeks and DID NOT.
