They could have came out and charged us an arm and a leg but instead they walked my husband through a simple problem over the phone for free. Super honest. After reaching out to my home warranty company who had me on emergency standby for a few hours for a toilet clog that had almost overflowed several times, I decided to call Roto-Rooter to see if they could help me in a reasonable time and for a reasonable amount. Between the time I called and the time they arrived was within 30 minutes which was WAY faster than what the customer service rep told me. Needless to say I was more than happy about that. My technician did all of his checks and he explained potential causes for the issue. When he ran down the cost I was very hesitant as my home warranty would only cost me my deductible which was lower that what I was quoted. To my surprise my technician was kind enough to almost match what my home warranty deductible was and he was able to clear the soft clog in no time! Meanwhile I still hadn’t heard from the plumbing company assigned by the home warranty company. My technician was very information and personable and was efficient at the same time. Abend Plumbing came out, removed a high end toilet that the previous owner installed that seemed clogged and would not flush. Abend got there super quick, snaked the toilet, unfortunately, it didn't take the first time, but they came back the next morning, very early, (we were still in bed) removed the toilet and snaked it again! They applied our payment from the previous day to the work they did on the second day, and I will tell you it was one of the best plumbing experiences I have ever had. Call these guys, they WILL treat you right!
