We recently called Ron the Plumber for a plumbing problem. It was one of the most satisfying services we have had on our house. He was efficient, honest, and very transparent with what we needed. We will use Ron again and will refer him to our friends and neighbors.

Joe and son came out to fix a boiler that was causing issues with shower heating. They made sure to check and recheck after each process to ensure the best possible work was being done at all times. They went above and beyond to make sure that the work being done was in my best interest, and the price was more than reasonable. Joe even taught me how to access my water shut off in case of an emergency. I plan to exclusively use this company going forward for any plumbing needs.

Dan is thee Man! He was responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did not try to upsell me on any aspect of the job and offered a quality recommendation for next steps in repairing a broken underground pipe. 10/10 would recommend! Save yourself time and money by calling Dan!

They were able to dispatch someone within a couple of hours- John was professional, thorough, helpful, and cleaned up after himself. It was a bad situation but he made it better with the least amount of hassle and I'm so grateful!

They added a new drain pipe and water supply lines so I could turn my single sink bathroom vanity into double sink. They were quick, well priced, cleaned up after themselves and they were really nice and helpful!

James is wonderful and very professional! He did a great job removing our outdated cast iron pipes and updated them to modern pvc ones. I would recommend James to anyone needing plumbing work done! I know he’ll be my go to plumber for anything from now on.

Company responded to my request quickly. David arrived a few hours later, as planned. Diagnosed and fixed a difficult drainpipe clog. Repaired pipes. Also, diagnosed an old bathroom faucet leak. Family plumbing plan will probably work out well for us.

Josh came over to take a look at a leaky outside faucet.He recognized and fixed the problem right away.He was very personable and helpful.Wouldn’t mind asking for him again if/when we have other plumbing problems.

We woke up to no hot water and could not get the pilot to light up. My husband called several place but it was Wes from LJ Butler that was able to help us out that same day. It was decided that we needed to replace our old water heater. Wes came out and installed it in a timely manner. Not only do we have hot water but now we have better water pressure. We had a sewer pipe break under the slab about 6 months ago and Kirk  came up with a game plan at the better plan and value than the other 4 plumbing companies that I had called previously. What others quoted us for 3 days to complete service, kirk and his team got it done in 1 day. They did an Amazing job from start to finish, I've never had a contractor go an extra mile to make sure their work area was impeccable before leaving as they did.

Got this new heating and cooling system put in less than one month ago. I've had nothing but problems. Spent $11,208.00 with this company stating they have been in business for over 40 years. For 4 days straight after installation which took 3 PROFESSIONALS over 11 hours to install, the thermostat would not respond to the temperature I was trying to set it to. Woke up every morning with the temperature being at 57 chilling degrees. So in the summer, I had to put the heat on to bring the temperature up to where the kids and I were not freezing. A technician came out at midnight after 4 days of hell, spent over 2 hours and could not fix the problem, so he shut the system down. The next day another technician came out and said he fixed the problem. We went on vacation and left the system running only to come back home last night and the panel was black. Another technician came out last night, said he couldn't really find a problem and left after about an hour. System was working okay. Woke up this morning only to find a BLACK SCREEN AGAIN, the system had shut off AGAIN. Called the company they told me they couldn't send anyone out to take a look at the system because they were booked. Take a look at the pictures below. Temperature in my house with KIDS, DOGS, FISH, and my daughter's FERRETS 89 HOT DEGREES. HAD fans blowing, window units to try and cool the house DOWn. DISAPPOINTED is not the WORD to describe my DISGUST with HORIZON.

After using another company that did not solve our problem, we called Lee brothers. Mr. Lee took the time to discuss the problem with me and make suggestions that the other company did not. The work he did solved the problem and he followed up the next day and the next week. Would absolutely recommend this company.

Spiro was very responsive and great to work with. I submitted a request online, scheduled an appointment the same night and he was able to come out the next day. I will use his services in the future when I have plumbing needs.

Dan and his apprentice were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and more than fair with their pricing. TNT will be my go to plumbing service from now on.
