Nick of Catons Plumbing did an awesome job on the plumbing work needed to our home. He was very patient, courteous and professional. The work he had to do turned out to be very extensive, time consuming and sort of messy. Nick did not compain at all. He cleaned up every trace of mess, even the walls. I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.

Referred to them through my home warranty service. I had water leaking under the kitchen sink due to clogged and unsealed plumbing (nothing major). The appointment was easy to set up. They gave me a 12-4 window and the plumber showed up at 12:15. He was knowledgeable and professional. Quickly diagnosed the issues and went above and beyond with the repair. Would call them again.

The number might be wrong. When calling I was told this was a stripclub that specialices in plus size women strippers they are call plumbers is what I was told. Can someone tell me if this is true very interested in attending the stripclub

Dan came out on short notice and fixed a nasty, snake-resistant clog that had my home's wastewater backing up into a tub. Plumbers aren't cheap but Dan knocked off a large chunk of the bill because it wasn't a time consuming job.
Dan is a professional and respected our home. I'll definitely give him a call again

The owner is rude. They don’t respect that you have a job when they are working for the city. After coordinating over 3-4 contractors coming in and out of my home on Tuesday I spoke with Quadrey who stated this would be the last time I’d need to leave work for a contractor. Thursday 8am I get a call that contrary to what I was told they not only needed to enter but did not coordinate it with me on their visits Tuesday after confirmation from the contractor and call from Quadrey Tuesday. I was expected to
Leave after an unannounced visit or this valve would not be fixed. When asked when could we reschedule I was told since I was at work and unavailable to leave for the unannounced visit they didn’t know when they would return and I would need to take it up with the city. I’m so glad this a rental and not my actual home that I pay mortgage for I would never give these people my money! They take forever to finish. They’d been working since December 2020 with months of them Just messing up our street and leaving mess then bombarding us when they were ready!! Use a real company not this trash. I had to get out of character after the owner mocked my frustration.
