I had a appointment and waited for 3 hours and no one called or showed up as if my time is not valuable. Day 2 again no show with another excuse. The call person calls with dogs and kids in the background so unprofessional. I'm so disappointed! CALL ROTO ROOTER they come within 2 hours.

After a DIY blunder I needed immediate assistance. CATONS Plumbing responded instantly and was able to send a technician right away. Dave was very polite, professional and explained everything throughly. Kudos to the CP&D squad for a job well done 👏 👍

If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. Excellent work!! Mike was prepared with options and pamphlets full of information to help me choose the right equipment for my situation. He was pleasant and professional, was on time, worked quickly and made me feel like I was in excellent hands. I definitely recommend this company based on my experience with a water heater install 2 years ago and now the sump pump upgrade.

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Nick is a very good plumber. We have used him many times on our home and our two daughters homes. His prices are great and he’s on time and very professional. We would recommend Nick for all your plumbing needs.

Super knowledgeable! Actually took the time to diagnose what the problem may be over the phone and arrived only a few hours after the call. They are also extremely honest. I initially thought I would need a video camera to diagnose the issue. However, they quickly resolved the blockage and told me I didn’t need to spend unnecessary money on the camera. Unheard of!! They are also very reasonably priced. I’ve found my forever plumber! Highly recommend!

I had a frozen water pipe burst. Prime plumbers came in and took charge completing a very difficult job. Other plumber just left, Prime plumbers said we can do it. My new plumbers, the best. Thank You Prime plumbing!

Baltimore City needs to be a shame to hire/contract a company that isnt equipped to handle such a big job. My home is consistently without running water because of this company poor job. Ive called 311 several times over an 8 hour period because my home is without water and was told this company is the reason why. I was told there's no way to contact this company personally having the issue resolved while I sit here with my elderly mother who needs her meds with water, who needs to shower, no water, who needs to use the bathroom no water. However, I am sure Water Works will like their bill paid on time without missing 1 cent of it.
If the contract was to big for your company to handle why take on the job?
