Best Plumbing Work in Baltimore MD

Was able to get my issue fixed but while the plumber was at my home he stated he saw other issues that was on WSSC, this company never contacted WSSC to let them know about these issues, which they are suppose to. Tried calling leaving countless voicemails, nobody's answering or calling back.

I've been doing business with Joe for years. He's honest, hard working, talented and responsible. What more can I say? Hire him!

Action Plumbing came out within an hour of me calling them and provided me with a very reasonable quote on the spot. They were able to perform the work within a couple of days, and everything works great. Highly Recommended!

Shawn came in and troubleshoot our problem; very knowledgeable: replaced the outside hosebib in to the wall tied into existing pipe. He was very professional. We are 100 percent satisfied with the quality of service.

We had requested a scope to be done on a home. We are in the process of purchasing. My realtor explained that it was urgent or appointment start it off in the morning and then push to the afternoon and then continue to get pushed until later no one was able to give us our technicians number when we called The office they kept saying they were unable to get a hold of the technician that they can only send a text message. We are several times for the technician to call us because we had a timeline went to get the report back they were unresponsive up until almost 8 o’clock at night. We still did not hear if the technician even made it to the house not only did this company. Think we are going to sit around and wait all day for them but they failed to communicate at all. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

I originally contacted Justin to fix a few minor issues in our bathrooms. After assessing everything, it was determined more work was needed. That was no problem for Justin and his team; they took care of everything in a timely fashion. He was very transparent throughout the process, kept me up to date on a part that needed to be ordered, and was flexible with timing. His price was very reasonable too. I will definitely use Hardy Plumbing again and will refer them to friends and family.

Had pipe leaking into a wall over a vent. Called for emergency service. Leak was hard to get to but David did a great job and explained everything. Very professional and I would not hesitate to use Ben Franklin again (but I'm hoping not to need to).

My landlord reached out on my behalf to have the furnace repaired. I appreciated the tracker to follow the driver’s estimated time of arrival. The repair person came on time and was friendly and professionally. I’m leaving four stars, not because the service wasn’t quality but because the repair person was unable to complete the service as he had to order a part to fix the issue. I’m sure I can update this review to five stars after the furnace is finally fixed.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

I called LJ Butler early Saturday morning to come take a look at my dishwasher that wasn't draining. The company was extremely responsive (esp. on a Saturday) and came out to my house within 30 mins. The technician diagnosed the issue, did a quick repair, and drained the dishwasher. I am very pleased with the service. Would call again for any plumbing needs. Tech also educated me on the issue in case it happens again. Fair price for Saturday service and for how responsive they were.

All Nite Sewer & Drain Cleaning, LLC. is the most unreliable plumbing service ever, Do not use them, they will no call and no show many times, work that should take a week will take 3 weeks. If you hire them you will not have a life till there done, so make no plans and prepare to wait days or weeks with promises and no call no shows. I cancelled Doctor Appointments, Dinners out and many other plans as I waited for them when they pull the no call, no show.... They are slow and don't stand behind there work, they will acknowledge the problem with the work they did and then not show to fix it. Also watch out for overcharges on the bill....... They are good at fixing drain issues when they show up but thats it. Don't be charmed by Kurt, He talks a good story but it is an ACT......

Came out for a seasonal service yesterday ( we had an old inefficient system so replacement seemed out best value ). That same evening a system design specialist came out to give us a full quote and then today a brand new HVAC was installed. Everything happened quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We have used Horizon for other services in the past and we will continue to use them for any other needs plumbing or HVAC related needs in the future. Highly recommend.
