Ace plumbing has been my plumber of choice ever since first using in 2017. The owner is always responsive and very professional. I’ve had radiators removed, water softener installed, and plumbing help for various household issues. I have a Bosh tankless water heater that started leaking on 12/3. I spent 9 days working with and talking to 8 different plumbers trying to get my problem resolved and ultimately replaced under warranty with Bosch. No one else could help me. I was finally put in touch with Stephen J Tant plumbing they responded to me immediately via Facebook. Explained that they worked directly with a distributor that Bosch had suggested I use, and they could fit me in the very next morning!!! I had been stood up by Len the Plumber for almost a week at this point Wu countless calls in returned and the run around from every person I spoke to telling me something different and that they couldn’t help me even though on the first call to schedule they said it wouldn’t be a problem. Enough about the bad competition. SJT did the job with a smile, immediately, at half the price quoted by Len, and with amazing unbeatable customer service, I’ll never call anyone else again!!!!! They saved our Christmas as we were about to cancel hosting with no hot water, no dishwasher ability, etc etc!!!!

Wow, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised working with Steven. He was amazing!! He was very fast in replying to my messages and was patient with me and my business partner. I love the fact that I could text him and he would reply almost immediately ( Im a millennial and talking on the phone is the last resort). We had a plumbing emergency at a rental property and he was able to fix it the next day!!! He replaced the toilet and tub in a few hours. The work looked great and all for a reasonable rate...Most importantly unlike other contractors who leave a mess after they are done, Steven did not! You would not have believed a contractor had been there. He is fair with his prices and does not price gouge. I highly recommend you calling him if you need plumbing work.

The plumber did not know how to fix the problem of low pressure in kitchen faucet but did recommend that I get a new faucet to fix the problem. He also replaced a stem in the shower faucet but in the end he was not experienced and the $780 fee was absurd. I will never use or recommend Caton Plumbing.

Darryl has an extremely positive attitude, is patient when explaining the work that is needed and I will be sure to request that he do any future plumbing for us. He was helpful to the “max” and is highly recommended!
