Wow is all I have to say after James Anderson replaced my old, dilapidated pipes with modern pipes! James is a Master Plumber and is very meticulous, thorough in his work but what i like most is Mr Anderson communicates with his clients/customer every step of the way!! He is very knowledgeable and an expert with his craft!! James will be my Go-To-Plumber from now on whenever I need help. I'm so glad that our paths have crossed.

I ordered 2 2pound containers of Root destroyer. I was notified by phone when they would be delivered and details on payment. The product arrived on time and the delivery driver was [prompt and polite. My only minor comment is the containers were smudged and the print on them unreadable. Having used the product several times before, this was not an issue for me. However, it would be a problem for someone using it for the first time.

I woke up two mornings ago with pinhole leaks coming from our basement pipes. We have a toddler and no water… not a great combo. Jeffrey from Lee Brothers came early in the morning (only waited one hour unlike other places that were quoting me afternoon window blocks). Jeffrey stayed ALL DAY until 5:45, waited until the glue and everything dried before he left. He wanted to make sure the job was done CORRECTLY and adequately which is something I feel like the world is missing these days. Our pipes gave him a run for his money.. (very brittle) but he got the job done and I feel confident in his work. Mat was amazing to work with and was actually a human on the other line, not just a corporate “scheduler” needless to say, 10/10 recommend, will be calling them for all future plumbing needs.

Zam, the repairman, found the cause of the leak right away. He seemed to be knowledgeable, experienced and an expert at his job. He was very professional. He explained the details of the service each step of the way by showing me the parts and what he will do to fix the problem. He fixed the leak, checked the repair a few times, offered any other assistance and cleaned up behind himself. I'm pleased with the service.

Roto-Rooter was not the first choice but now they will always be my only choice. The first Plumber I call recommended them. (smile) So I had to give them a try. My issue was a clogged main line. First contact was very pleasant, the customer service explained that there will be no charge for them making the assessment no matter what time of the day, weekend or holiday. They gave me a 2 hour window and got there under that time on a weekend. Victor took the time to explain what he had to do to clear the drain. He had a neat appearance and was very professional. The price was very fair and I didn't have to clean a thing. Again if I have anymore issues I will use them again and ask for Victor. Thanks Guys for a Job well done.

Alphonso and his assistant saved the day for us after most of the week without hot water. We were very impressed with his ability to diagnose the problem and get it fixed in a day, including traveling over an hour to pick up the part. He is also a great teacher and his apprentice is an exceptional student, paying total attention throughout the day. We are grateful for these two professionals and their hard work and determination to get the job done!
