My sink is still clogged after a week i bave been lead on to believe it will be fixed also that eoto rootwr will be drilling a hile in wall to get to the problem but doesn't repair damage 😕 . That they caused.

Roto Rooter caused additional water damage to my carpet. They did not set up the equipment properly and the dehumidifier leaked water. In addition, the equipment caused a power outage and my refridgerator in the basement defrosted causing more saturation to the carpet. In addition, I had to get rid of some food items and had to trash my insulin. Also, they provided the home insurance adjuster a fraudalent estimate of work they did not complete. Contacting BBB!

Within a matter of minutes George had no problem diagnosing what was wrong and was able to fix it right then and there with ease. He also answered any questions that we may have. We had a sudden leak on one of our valves, among a few other plumbing questions around the house. After some research, we settled on Catons Plumbing and made an appointment.

Jason was assigned to the call and arrived later in the evening. He was incredibly professional, patient and offered a very good price for a solid solution he had devised to replace a line of old piping with new type L copper so we had more piece of mind and trust in the piping behind the walls.
