Best Outdoor Gas in Baltimore MD

We needed a gas dryer installed, but to do that we needed a new gas valve and drip leg installed. Ty came out, did the needed work, and now we have a new dryer! This after trying for 2 months to get someone out to do the work. He was prompt, efficient, very professional, and stayed within our budget. Thank you, Ty! You are a Godsend!

Nothing wrong with the quality of the work or the professionalism. The price though is EXTREMELY outrageous almost cruel!!! I think I twice repeated the quoted price just to make sure I hadn't drifted off to some alternate reality. I was expecting the plumber to say he pulling my leg but he was dead serious. I replaced less than 2 feet of old aluminum pipes with pvc and was thinking $200 maybe $400 (if they were overpriced). The actual cost was closer to 5 times that amount. ($1545.00)I am not a plumber but have personally replaced aluminum pipes in my house before and know it isn't a demanding job (if I can do it with no prior experience). Unfortunately this job required a special saw to cut the pipe which I did not have. No way was this worth that kind of money but it's the holiday season so I said ok, let them eat a little. Don't think they will hear from me again.

We worked with Rich for a toilet repair and sink stopper repair. Rich and his apprentice showed up on time and were very considerate by offering to take off wet boots on a rainy day. They both provided a swift and accurate estimate for the work during consultation, and provided quality service. Rich took pictures and thoroughly explained everything they did to make sure I was satisfied. We didn’t get other estimates, but pricing seemed fair for what needed to be done. Very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend.

Our outdoor faucets were leaking and needed valve replacement and other issues that come with age...we needed an overhaul.. David was very courteous and completed his work with confidence. He left our home/work area very clean. We are truly happy plus the work is backed by a service guarantee!

I had a very disappointing experience with Nick. He was paid to fix a plumbing issue, but not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he also caused additional damage in the process. I was left with broken fixtures, no resolution to the original issue, and the worst part is I prepaid for the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this plumber and would advise others to be cautious when considering his services.

Called All Nite Sewer for a backed up main line. Called after hours and left a message. Received a call back within 5 minutes and they were able to schedule a visit for the next morning.

Kirk arrived on time and was very nice. Showed him both clean outs and he was able to determine that the further clean out needed to be snaked. Immediately started working and had the clog cleaned within an hour. They put all the hoses back to where they belonged and cleaned up the yard where they were working. I asked several questions throughout the process and he answered them with no hesitation.

Would suggest then to anyone in the Rosedale/Middle River/ Essex area. They were very affordable and did an amazing job.

I woke up two mornings ago with pinhole leaks coming from our basement pipes. We have a toddler and no water… not a great combo. Jeffrey from Lee Brothers came early in the morning (only waited one hour unlike other places that were quoting me afternoon window blocks). Jeffrey stayed ALL DAY until 5:45, waited until the glue and everything dried before he left. He wanted to make sure the job was done CORRECTLY and adequately which is something I feel like the world is missing these days. Our pipes gave him a run for his money.. (very brittle) but he got the job done and I feel confident in his work. Mat was amazing to work with and was actually a human on the other line, not just a corporate “scheduler” needless to say, 10/10 recommend, will be calling them for all future plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with Dan from TNT Plumbing. Our needs were on the simple side - two stubborn sink clogs not responding to hot water or Draino. He unclogged the drains and tightened things accordingly, and he even fixed a backwards hot/cold setting (simple fix, not needing to go into the walls or anything like that). Friendly, professional, local and reasonably priced. Our plumbing needs this time were simple but I'm glad we have a plumber handy for if/when we have another issue.

Prime Plumbing basically tried to fleece my 88 yr old Mom. Diagnosis: rotted pipe underground basement bathroom. We complained to warranty co, Prime stood by diagnosis and required that tub be busted out (which would damage one or both walls). Eventually Prime rejected job after we refused to demolish the bathroom, creating a need for renovation.We have a friend who is certified plumber who tried to get sketch of how pipes were running in bathroom. Prime refused any communication with him. He had me get Roto-Rooter video footage. Due to the “T” pipe formation, camera could not get across the hallway into the alleged rusted pipe.Roto-Rooter was very professional. Mr Chan explained everything to me. Clog was apparent. He talked with our friend throughout the job. Or friend who was already on a job asked is if ok for Roto-Rooter to unclog drain since co was already on job site. He negotiated a reduced price. Voila! Obstruction gone, powder room and basement fully functional.Your serviceman lied. SHAME. SHAME. SHAME
