My experience with TL Back plumbing was definitely a positive one. I found Ty to be not only an extremely knowledgeable plumber but he took the time to make sure I understood everything he was doing and why he was doing it. The rates were very reasonable and I felt confident that the job was done right. I have recommended TL Back Plumbing to several friends and I'm sure they too will feel that the search for a competent, trustworthy plumber is over. Definitely earned a 5 star from me.

I've been doing business with Ace plumbing since 2011. Joe did all of the plumbing in our new addition and I have had him or his son Kevin back to do several small jobs since then. His prices are fair and and the quality of his workmanship is superior.

As far as I'm concerned Ace is the only plumber I need.

We had a leak in the main shut off valve and Caton was able to get us on the schedule on short notice. Dave responded and was able to fix the leak and upgrade the existing pipes to ensure that weather will not cause issues in the future. Dave has also helped us in the past for an issue in our kitchen and he did a great job with the issue and was very helpful with recommendations to avoid issues in the future. Very happy with the service!

James was right on it when I need a deep clog cleared outs He put in a new pipe for better access if there were to be another clog. He explained things clearly and took care of it in a timely manner. I used him a second time to fix a simple sink leak he was in and out same day.

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided. I requested to have a tech on site for an EMERGENCY due to a water heater, located in a ceiling, leaking all over at a department store. The tech, Nick, was not only very rude when I spoke with him on the phone, but all he did was look inside the ceiling, guess what size of water heater was needed (which he was wrong), and quote an extremely high cost to install a new water heater. He did not even shut the water off to the water heater so it would stop leaking (which was the entire point of the emergency). I tried to call multiple times to get information and was given the run-around. I had to send a different tech on site to shut the water off to the water heater so it would stop leaking and posing a slip hazard. The only positive thing I could say about this company is, Bonnie (that works in the office), is very friendly and pleasant to speak with. I would HIGHLY recommend Wes Plumbing in this area.
