My bathroom sink had a leak which I was able to fix myself, however, I soon found out I could not secure the J trap to the pipe coming from the wall no matter how much I tried. Not knowing who to call, I looked for someone local who had 5 stars. This father and son team was responsive and on time. They knew just how to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend. A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Beyond satisfied. The French drain in my basement decided to back up after Wednesday's storm and I needed assistance ASAP. LJ Butler has fantastic reviews so I decided to give it a shot. Wes picked up immediately and I explained the situation. He gave me a window when he'd be out and frequently contacted me with updates on my situation and when he'd be by the house. I honestly thought I wouldn't have anyone out the same day but Wes went above and beyond and was at our house within a few short hours.

He quickly diagnosed the situation and was able to plug and seal the outdated French drain, seeing that it was of no use. He also showed me damage to the drain leading into the street, which was probably the cause for the back up.

After all was completed, I expected to pay dearly for same day service but was pleasantly surprised with the low (but fair) cost. I really can't thank Wes and LJ Butler Plumbing enough for the quality of work and professionalism I received. I certainly plan on using them for future repairs and installations.
