The seal under my 32 year old toilet failed and was leaking under the base. ACE Plumbing came out within 6 hours of calling them last minute and did a first rate job. The plumber was very polite and professional and solved the issue inside of one hour. I had used them in the past to replace a water main pipe in my front yard and they did a wonderful job then as well. I highly recommend using them them. They have been my go-to plumbers ever since.

At $280/hour, these graduates from the Johns Hopkins School of Plumbing will not give you an estimate under $700. Thank you! We were so turned off by the outrageous rates that we fixed our shower ourselves. YouTube is free! Try it!

Justin did a fantastic job with installing the rough in plumbing for the toilet and faucet in our basement half bath as well as replacing the main water valve to our house and the outdoor hose bibs. Justin offered an extremely fair price and was very responsive. His work on our plumbing looks very clean and neat. I would 100% recommend Hardy Plumbing for anybody looking for a well-priced, knowledgeable, and professional plumber.

Had pipe leaking into a wall over a vent. Called for emergency service. Leak was hard to get to but David did a great job and explained everything. Very professional and I would not hesitate to use Ben Franklin again (but I'm hoping not to need to).

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

I called LJ Butler plumbing earlier today because I had a toilet, sink and tub linked to the same pipes that were not draining. LJ Butler came in after about only 20 minutes or so and took care of all three. My bathroom is back to working again. What a relief! Thank you LJ Butler!

I am extremely appreciative for the service John/Horizon provided as they were quickly able to identify the problem, ensure they ordered and received the parts necessary, and replace the faulty equipment. The fact that Horizon was able to check our equipment on a Sunday blew my mind - they were able to get out to our house a lot sooner than we expected any company to service us.
